Ninety miles from the South Eastern tip of the United States, Liberty has no stead. In order for Liberty to exist and thrive, Tyranny must be identified, recognized, confronted and extinguished.
While obviously Sam Brinton deserves to be prosecuted for his crimes - He did not have any nuclear codes. He served as the deputy assistant secretary of Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition in the Office of Nuclear Energy.
That doesn't mean he had "nuclear codes" of any sort.
