Regarding the HALT meme, it should be clear by now that addiction treatment is a growth industry... This is why we are expected to abide, and fund, safe injection sites and free paraphernalia. This is also why addiction is considered a disability, at least here in Ontario, rather than the result of poor judgement and bad decisions, for which I as a taxpayer am now apparently responsible. The government is legalizing it all, because there is a fortune to be made in treatment once everyone who is susceptible to such is addicted... Mike in Canada
