Well, the income tax was "ratified" in 1913, the Fed created in 1913, and our entry into WW1 wasn't PROVOKED BY WILSON until 1917. So any "excuse" regarding WW1 was as much of a lie as everything else they said about the tax. In truth, the income tax is required to pay off the debt that is generated THE SECOND the Fed creates each and every Federal Reserve Note. It is an international/unaccountable GRIFT the likes of which has NEVER been seen before or since in the history of man.
