The Cobbler story rings true- I have 25 year old Redwing boots that I had repaired recently. A pair of new heels and a silicone bath cost me $20 even, couldn't believe it. Took him longer to get set up than it took to do the work.The cob said 'I've had those sitting on a shelf for 15 years waiting for those boots to walk in, they dont make that model anymore.'
I bought insoles and boot goop out of guilt.
So don't trust the journalists who always lie or the government folks who always lie? Let's not forget that Iran has been "weeks away" from a nuclear weapon since the mid 1980s.
