It's already a Federal crime to hire illegal aliens. Search USC.
Additional crimes by any business hiring illegal aliens are committing payroll tax fraud (a Federal crime) and Workers Compensation Insurance fraud (a State crime), not to mention if they're using stolen Social Security numbers then the illegal aliens are committing Identity Theft (a Federal crime) and the businesses are participating in it.
And this is the tip of the iceberg. So what part of hiring illegal aliens isn't criminal?
The aliens need to pay a penalty. 1st offense: Beating with a cane, then deportation. 2nd offense: Beating with a cane, face tattoo, Lifetime ban from entry for any purpose. 3rd offense: death. 1st offense: If you commit a violent crime here: Death.
And these are administrative procedures. No jury trial required, just reasonable level of evidence that you have the right person and that they did the thing.
