Rioters Are Seditionists, Not Protesters
The violence perpetrated in the streets of cities across America continues because state and local elected officials (all Democrats) refuse to do what is necessary to stop it. These acts no longer fit the definition of protest. Rather, sedition defines them: “incitement of discontent or rebellion against a government.”
President Donald Trump has ordered agents from the Department of Homeland Security to quell the disturbances in Portland, Oregon, and Chicago, which appear to be coordinated, and stop them from spreading to other cities.
On Wednesday, the White House announced the deployment of what it terms “federal assets,” which Attorney General William Barr defined as “street agents and investigators,” to targeted cities experiencing the most violence.
Some contend the president is exceeding his constitutional authority and what’s known as the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878, which “prohibits the use of U.S. military forces to perform the tasks of civilian law enforcement such as arrest, apprehension, interrogation, and detention unless explicitly authorized by Congress.”
It may be splitting hairs to say DHS forces are not the military, but the larger question is this: Should the president allow federal property to be destroyed and people shot, given the refusal of some mayors and governors to intervene? Or, for the sake of preserving “domestic tranquility,” saving human life and protecting public and private property take the action he has taken?
Perhaps the media should ask people whose jobs have been disrupted, their businesses destroyed, their work suspended—or ended—if they are OK with allowing the rioting to continue.
Pundits and activists can pontificate all they want from the safety of their basements and the security of uninterrupted paychecks, but what about the victims? Have they no right to be safe and secure?
A federal law known as 18 U.S. Code 2385 and titled “Advocating overthrow of Government” says this:

In 2017, a naturalized U.S. citizen from Taiwan pleaded guilty to “conspiracy to unlawfully engage or participate in the production or development of special nuclear material outside the U.S.” per the Department of Justice (DOJ).
The DOJ charged Allen Ho, a consultant for China General Nuclear Power Company (CGN), with “assisting CGN in procuring U.S.-based nuclear engineers to assist with designing and manufacturing certain components for nuclear reactors” for nearly two decades.
He was sentenced to two years in prison and ordered to pay a $20,000 fine.
Ho was part of a company-wide scheme to steal and transfer American nuclear secrets – identified by the DOJ as posing “significant damage to our national security” – to the CCP-owned CGN.
These technologies likely saw use by the Chinese military, as the U.S. Defense Department has identified the company as a People’s Liberation Army (PLA) proxy.
Ho’s U.S. company Energy Technology International was also in on the ruse, headquartered in the former Veep’s place of residence: Wilmington, Delaware.
But CGN’s Biden links run deeper.
BHR Partners, a private equity firm where Hunter Biden served as director since its 2013 founding, was a $10 million cornerstone investor in CGN’s initial public offering (IPO). Occurring in 2014, the IPO was the second largest of the year and valued at over $3 billion.
The company still lists GCN as part of its portfolio.

Pittsburgh Steelers Player Stephon Tuitt Says He’s Not Kneeling During The National Anthem, Cites His Grandmother Being An Immigrant

Pittsburgh Steelers star Stephon Tuitt won’t take a knee during the national anthem.
There are going to be gigantic national anthem protests all over the NFL during the 2020 season, but Tuitt won’t be joining.
He tweeted Monday that he’s not taking a knee and added, “screw anybody who have a problem with that.” He cited his grandmother being an immigrant as a major reason why he won’t take a knee.
This honestly takes a hell of a lot of courage from Tuitt. No matter what you think about the national anthem protests, rejecting them publicly is a courageous act.
I have no doubt at all that some of Tuitt’s teammates in the locker room aren’t going to like this stance at all.
However, if you’re going to accept and encourage players to take a knee, then you have to do the same when Tuitt voices his opinion.

Leftists got triggered after President Trump retweeted a series of unrelated posts showing that hydroxychloroquine works to prevent and cure the coronavirus in a statistically-significant number of patients.
Among the tweets was a video of Dr. Stella Immanuel of Rehoboth Medical Center in Houston, Texas.
Dr. Immanuel said she effectively treated 350 patients with hydroxychloroquine.
“Any study that says hydroxychloroquine doesn’t work is fake science!” Dr. Immanuel said at the White Coat Summit in Washington. “I want them to show me how it doesn’t work. How is it going to work for my 350 patients? They are all alive! Then somebody says it doesn’t work? Guys, all them studies: fake science.”

At the White Coat Summit, a group of physicians who effectively treated coronavirus patients with hydroxychloroquine slammed the Left’s demonization of the drug, which has been shown effective for off-label use to treat COVID-19.
Numerous medical experts have said that hydroxychloroquine is most effective when administered to COVID-19 patients early on after their diagnosis or as a preventative measure. When hydroxychloroquine is given to patients who are in the advanced stages, it is less effective.

Migrant gang rapists laugh about their crime in German court
They were hailed as poor, suffering "refugees" from Syria, Iraq and Algeria - then they gang-raped the 18-year-old girl for several hours and laughed about it in court.
The court room in the German city of Freiburg, was the scene of a gruesome event on Thursday. No fewer than eleven immigrant men were charged in connection with an hour-long gang rape of a young girl. At the time of the crime in October 2018, the girl was 18 years old and the accused were aged 18-30 years.
The accusations were partly about direct participation in the gang rape, partly about the lack of help for the young victim, as she experienced a nightmare that will surely affect her for the rest of her life.
Ten of the eleven perpetrators are “refugees” from Syria, Iraq and Algeria. The main perpetrator, Majid H from Syria, received a five-and-a-half year prison sentence for the rape. The convicted criminal showed no sign of shame or remorse. By German standards, the perpetrators received relatively high penalties.
Instead, the gang of rapists felt they had to demonstrate their boredom with the court proceedings by mocking the victim: They sat down and laughed during the trial, showing their utter contempt for the “welcoming” society that had received them as refugees.
These criminals evidently live in their own parallel society, where they largely do what suits them.
The nightmare for the victim started when the 18-year-old wanted to go to a disco in October 2018 with a friend. One of the defendants drugged her and then raped her, according to German daily Tagesschau.

Portland police officers recovered Molotov cocktails and rifle ammunition late Sunday evening near the U.S. courthouse that has been the site of recent protests.
The Portland Police Department recovered the “destructive devices” in a bag in Lownsdale Square Park across the street from the Mark O. Hatfield U.S. Courthouse while investigating a shots fired call, police said. The discovery occurred as protesters and rioters continued to clash with federal agents protecting the courthouse.
