Illegal Alien Convicted of Raping Dog RELEASED by Sanctuary State

An illegal alien who was convicted of raping a dog to death has been released by the sanctuary state of Oregon after being sentenced to just 60 days in prison.

Fidel Lopez, 52 years old was convicted last month and sentenced to 60 days in prison after raping his girlfriends small Lhasa Apso which led to the dog’s death.

The small Lhasa Apso was raped to death by the Illegal Alien
The judge in the case said he wanted to give Lopez more prison time, but unfortunately in Oregon 60 days is the maximum for the crime.

Lopez was immediately released after sentencing because he had already served 60 days while waiting on trial.

Despite committing a horrific crime, and the fact that he’s an illegal immigrant, Multnomah County, Oregon officials released him back into the community.

“On April 8th, Lopez was convicted of sexual assault of an animal and aggravated animal abuse and sentenced to 60 days in jail with credit for time served,” ICE spokeswoman Tanya J. Roman told the New York Daily News.

“The Multnomah County Jail did not honor the immigration detainer and released...

anctuary County: Three-Time Deported Illegal Alien Arrested for Possibly 21 Sexual Assaults

An illegal alien, deported three times from the United States, has been arrested in the sanctuary county of Fairfax County, Virginia, for possibly 21 sexual assaults, police reveal.

Juan Rodriguez Alfaro, a 42-year-old illegal alien from Honduras, was arrested last week on charges that he carried out multiple sexual assaults on women and girls on a nature trail in Fairfax County.

Police said Alfaro is possibly linked to at least 21 sexual assaults in the area and in some cases, they said he was naked. Before his arrest, in a separate 2021 case, Alfaro was wanted for attempted rape and sexual assault in Suffolk County, New York — another sanctuary jurisdiction.

In that case, Suffolk County police said Alfaro attacked a woman who was jogging and attempted to rape her. Alfaro was allegedly wearing only a tank top at the time.

At the time of the alleged sexual assault in New York, Alfaro had been deported from the U.S. three times, according to officials at the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency.

Like New York state, Fairfax County has sanctuary policies on the books that prevent local law enforcement from turning criminal illegal aliens over to...

Are the Terms "Illegal Alien" and "Criminal Alien" Hate Speech?

Twitter Ads censors Center's content

Washington, D.C. (September 12, 2018)

Yesterday, Twitter rejected four Center for Immigration Studies tweets for use in the Center's Twitter Ads campaign, alleging hateful content. (Several others were approved.) All four tweets use the statutory phrases "illegal alien" or "criminal alien", and all of the tweets referenced law enforcement, either at the border or in the interior. One of the tweets contained a powerful Daily Caller video showing illegal aliens in camouflage carrying large backpacks across the border unimpeded.

Twitter's only response to an inquiry about why promotion of the tweets was rejected: "We've reviewed your tweets and confirmed that it is ineligible to participate in the Twitter Ads program at this time based on our Hateful Content policy. Violating content includes, but is not limited to, that which is hate speech or advocacy against a protected group."

Organizations of all kinds pay Twitter to promote specific tweets in order to drive traffic to an organization's website. Twitter advertises that the ads "can get you more likes, amplify your message, and get more people talking about the things that matter to you most - your cause, project, business, or brand." This is exactly why the Center selected these specific tweets to be placed as ads.

At a July congressional hearing on social media filtering practices, House Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte said that social media platforms need to “do a better job explaining how they make decisions to filter content and the rationale for why they do so."

We agree.

You judge: Do these tweets illustrate "hateful content", or is Twitter filtering content with a political bias?

What Is the Real Identity of the Illegal Alien Who Murdered Mollie Tibbetts?

By now, most readers are probably aware of another senseless murder committed by an illegal alien who purportedly hails from Mexico. The facts are tragic: Mollie Tibbetts, a young woman about to enter her sophomore year of college goes out jogging, is stalked, and is ultimately murdered by the alien, identified in news reports as Cristhian Rivera.

The trail leads to Rivera (assuming that's his real name) in part because of a video camera capturing his car in the area where Tibbets disappeared. When questioned, Rivera confessed and led police to her body. It also came out during questioning that he is illegally in the United States, and this in turn led Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents to file a detainer against him — purely as a safeguard, it should be noted, since in a case of this kind, the intent and desire is to permit state officials to prosecute for murder. The detainer is solely to take effective removal action, either if the prosecution case falls apart, or sometime in the far distant future after he has finished serving his sentence (assuming it isn't either capital punishment or life imprisonment).

Tracking this story, as with so many involving illegal aliens involved in horrendous crimes, is a little like following bread crumbs to the source. Many media outlets actively strive to avoid confronting, speaking about, or even asking, basic questions relating to an individual's immigration status these days because such cases call into question the narrative script that all immigration is an unbridled good, that sanctuary policies are right and just, that the border needs no physical barrier, and that ICE should be abolished. As a consequence, we only slowly, if ever, find out what the facts behind the matter really are.

"... it tells us that Rivera used an alias and stole someone's identity (his employers say they knew him by a different name). He was using a legitimate Social Security number belonging to a real person, quite possibly a native-born U.S. citizen of Hispanic origins, or perhaps a lawful resident."

As this story broke on public consciousness, attention focused on what Rivera had been doing during his illegal sojourn in the United States. It turns out he had been working at a local farm for four years. The farm, faced with embarrassment and pressure, defended its hiring practices at first by claiming that it had vetted him through E-Verify, a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) system designed to confirm or reject the work eligibility of individuals seeking employment.
Once you have stolen an identity,
you can vote.

This revelation probably delighted many on the left, plus those on the right who unabashedly advocate for unrestrained use of alien agricultural labor, since they have long resisted the imposition of universal E-Verify. If it is established that E-Verify failed to screen Rivera out, it would be a powerful argument against making it mandatory on a national basis.

Unfortunately for those who might have been thinking about this, DHS apparently checked its system records and said "no it ain't so", leading the farm spokesperson to then correct herself and say that it was, instead, the Social Security Administration's SSNVS (Social Security number verification system) that the farm had used to check Rivera's right to work. That is entirely possible, and if so, what does it tell us?

First, irony of ironies, that E-Verify is generally the better system. The reason for this is simple: Many immigration documents are backed up with biometric data— fingerprints, photographs, signatures, and the like. Thus there is often a basis for being sure that the document presented relates to the person presenting it; not always, but often. Compare that to the American Social Security card, which is infamous for being devoid of biometrics, or even much biographic data. This is ostensibly because of fears that it would ultimately be used as a national identity card, but the fact remains that without such safeguards, it isn't much to work with when performing automated system checks on a person hundreds of miles away.

Second, it tells us that Rivera used an alias and stole someone's identity (his employers say they knew him by a different name). He was using a legitimate Social Security number belonging to a real person, quite possibly a native-born U.S. citizen of Hispanic origins, or perhaps a lawful resident. Working in reverse, then, he could have gone out on the open market and procured himself a second document known as a "breeder document", which, in combination with his bogus-but-facially-legitimate Social Security card, could be used to obtain a driver's license or non-driver state ID in the name of the person whose identity he stole.

Thus armed with the driver's license (or non-driver ID) and Social Security card, it would have been easy — apparently was — to present himself to the farm, get passed through SSNVS checks, and begin employment. So right now, we don't really know the murderer's real identity, or whether he has a criminal history somewhere else such as Mexico, if indeed he is Mexican. Perhaps the police or ICE do by now, but we don't.

Stop and consider the ramifications of what I'm saying. Repeat the scenario above tens of thousands of times all over the country, and you will see the size and depth of the problem of large-scale illegal immigration. It is supported by an underground marketplace of phony document sellers who specialize in selling any and all kinds of documents, including Social Security cards that could result in screwing up your Social Security account, or that of your kid, and you might not know it for a...

Trump Surges Deportations of Illegal Aliens by 453 Percent in Recent Months

President Trump’s administration deported more than 2,500 illegal aliens in the last two months who had arrived at the United States-Mexico border and claimed to be part of a family unit.

Federal data obtained by Breitbart News reveals that since August, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency has deported more than 2,500 illegal aliens who arrived as a family unit at the southern border and have final orders for removal.

Over these two months, ICE agents arrested another 275 illegal aliens who arrived as family units at the border. All of these illegal aliens arrested have final orders for removal, meaning they have gone through the asylum and immigration courts and have been found not to be eligible to stay in the U.S.

Compare these deportation numbers to that of Fiscal Year 2018, when ICE deported 2,711 illegal aliens who arrived as family units at the border for the entire year.

This indicates that about 226 illegal aliens claiming to be part of a family unit were deported every month last year compared to about 1,250 deported each month in August and September of this year — a more than 453 percent increase in illegal family unit deportations based on monthly totals.

As Breitbart News has reported, research finds that deporting the 11 to 22 million illegal aliens saves American taxpayers billions compared to the costs they are forced to pay when illegal aliens are allowed to stay.

Deporting every illegal alien in the country would amount to a cost savings of about $622 billion over the course of a lifetime. This indicates that deporting illegal aliens is six times less costly than what it costs American taxpayers to currently subsidize the millions of illegal aliens living in the U.S.

Mass deportations are supported by a majority of American voters, a July Harvard/Harris Poll finds. Overall, 51 percent of voters said they support mass deportations of...

Another Death is Attributed to Illegal Alien Serial Killer in the Dallas Area, Bringing Kill Count to 20

Another family believed that serial murder and illegal alien Billy Chemirmir killed their mother.

The serial killing suspect is accused of smothering older women before robbing jewelry and other items around the DFW area.

Originally, on December 3, 2017, Diane Delahunt was found dead at Preston Place Senior Living Apartments in Plano. Three rings were missing from her fingers although police informed her family that she died of natural causes.

However, Delahunt’s cause of death changed in July 2019 to “undetermined” and her daughter claims police recently told her that serial murder suspect Billy Chemirmir was responsible for killing her.

Delahunt’s death is the 20th linked to Chemirmir. Two other women survived Chemirmir’s attacks in Frisco and Plano.

The illegal alien was indicted on 12 counts of capital murder in Dallas and Collin counties and two counts of attempted capital murder. In addition to Delahunty, eight more North Texas families stated that police suspect Chemirmir killed their loved ones.

Chemirmir is maintaining his innocence and is currently in the Dallas County Jail with a $16.2 million bail. In one Dallas County case, he faces the death penalty.

Lori Delahunty stated she found her mother lying dead on the floor of her apartment two years ago. She noticed a large knot on her mother’s head, but Lori Delahunty did not suspect foul play at the time. Originally, police told her the death was allegedly due to natural causes — a heart attack or stroke. Lori Delahunty originally thought that maybe her mother hit her head before falling.

After the attack, Lori Delahunty tried looking for the three rings — an engagement ring, a wedding ring and a 50th anniversary gold band — and then filed an insurance claim after failing to find them.

A few months later, she learned from other residents at Preston Place that police were investigating deaths and thefts there. Additionally, she learned about the case of a woman surviving an attack by a man who tried to...

PREVIOUSLY DEPORTED ILLEGAL ALIEN CHARGED WITH KILLING WOMAN ON BICYCLE IN ALABAMA

FAIRHOPE, AL (WALA) – An illegal immigrant who has been deported more than once remains behind bars in Baldwin County.

Authorities say he is responsible for a deadly hit and run that killed a Daphne woman while she was riding her bike.

Amy Hawkins was killed while riding her bicycle in Fairhope back in March.

Jose Luis Alonso-DeLeon was arrested and charged with manslaughter and leaving the scene of an accident.

Authorities also said DeLeon is an illegal immigrant who has been deported twice.

The state charges against DeLeon are still pending, but Friday, the United States Attorney’s Office said DeLeon pleaded guilty to federal charges of possession of a firearm by an illegal alien, and illegal reentry of a removed alien.

Officials said, while looking for a truck involved in the accident, Fairhope Police found DeLeon in a truck with a firearm on the front passenger floorboard.

They said he could face as much as...

Illegal Alien Charged With Hacking Boy To Death With Brutal Machete

Two men who claimed to be members of the MS-13 gang were charged with first-degree murder in Washington on Friday, Oct. 18.

The suspects, 28-year-old Rudy Osvaldo Garcia-Hernandez and 20-year-old Carlos Orlando Iraheta-Vega, an illegal alien, allegedly killed and dismembered 16-year-old Juan Carlos Con Guzman, The Seattle Times reported.

Guzman’s body was recovered from a local river on Sept. 10. He was a student at Mount Rainier High School in Des Moines, a city near Seattle.

One of the suspects, Garcia-Hernandez, was identified by ICE as an illegal alien with a lengthy criminal record, The Washington Times reported.

Both suspects are being held in King County Jail on a $3 million bond.

Detectives with the King County Sheriff’s Office said that Garcia-Hernandez and Iraheta-Vega both claimed to be members of the MS-13 gang.

EpochTimes reports: According to the investigation, Guzman was lured out by the suspects to fight and settle a dispute. Iraheta-Vega said Garcia-Hernandez hacked Guzman’s neck with a machete after a fistfight. They also later admitted to beating the victim with a baseball bat.

The King County Medical Examiner’s Office determined that Guzman died from both blunt-force injuries to the head and cutting injuries to the neck.

The authorities recovered a machete with help from Iraheta-Vega, who said Garcia-Hernandez buried it after washing the blade. The detectives found a machete that appeared to be stained with blood in Iraheta-Vega’s room.

A woman named Juan Con—who claims to be Guzman’s mother—launched a GoFundMe campaign to raise money for Guzman’s funeral.

Con said Guzman left home at 2:00 a.m. on Sept. 10 without notice. His family didn’t notice he had left until saw the door was...

Honduran Illegal Alien Arrested For Raping Underage California Girl

An illegal alien from Honduras has been arrested for raping and impregnating an underage girl.

The 31-year-old illegal alien met the teenager on Facebook before they met in person, The Daily Mail reported.
A man arrested twice for illegally entering the U.S. allegedly raped and impregnated a teenager he met on Facebook.
Honduran national Hector Montez, 31, was jailed for the alleged sexual assault of a girl, 15, he met in California.
The Kings County Sheriff’s Office said they were called to a hospital after the girl gave birth to a baby girl, Frezno’s KSEE-TV reported.
After speaking with the minor, deputies said she told them she had been sexually assaulted by a man she had met on Facebook.
She identified the suspect as Montez and showed deputies a picture from his Facebook profile.
The girl told deputies Montez picked her up from school because she needed a ride.
After she got into the vehicle, they said he drove her to a rural area near Jackson and 18th Street, just south of Lemoore.
She repeatedly told him to take her home. However officials said Montez refused and after he stopped the car he held her down and sexually assaulted her.
Information was gathered in regards to the whereabouts of Montez and deputies said they located him at his place of work.

SICK: ANOTHER ILLEGAL ALIEN CAUGHT IN AN ACT OF BESTIALITY

STARR COUNTY, TX – Jose Nino was recently taken into custody by local deputies, after U.S. Border Patrol agents witnessed the illegal alien engaging in intercourse with a cow.

The Mexican national was charged with one count of bestiality, and turned over to Border Patrol officials for deportation.

Of course, this is not the first time an illegal alien has been caught sexually assaulting a four-legged creature…

-February 2014, police in Atlanta apprehended Cruz Barrera-Lugo, 61, after he was caught on a home surveillance camera “participating in a lewd sexual act” with a family’s dog.

“It is unknown whether or not this was the first time this happened or if it had been an ongoing occurrence…This is an especially disturbing case for many reasons,” stated Officer Deon Washington.

Officer Deon Washington said: “It is unknown whether or not this was the first time this happened or if it had been an ongoing occurrence.”

The Mexican national was charged with bestiality.

ICE HAS SPENT MORE THAN $100 MILLION ON TRANSPORTATION COSTS FOR ILLEGAL ALIEN CHILDREN IN THE LAST TWO YEARS

The Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) obtained government ICE records that show that the agency has spent over $100 million in the last few years in transporting illegal alien children who have crossed the border since the 2014 border surge began. According to the IRLI’s calculations ICE spent on average $665 per minor in 2014, mostly on transportation costs to fly the children between government agencies, to relatives in the U.S. or back to their home countries if deported.

In October alone 6,754 unaccompanied children and 13,123 parents with children were apprehended at the border, one of the worst months on record. Transportation for these children will cost taxpayers around $4.5 million.

Children who are in ICE’s custody are housed in hotels versus detention centers, which accounts for more than 25% of the agency’s cost. Another 58% is spent on airplane transportation.

After being processed children are transferred to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), which then sends the children to relatives or sponsors in the U.S, all paid for by the American taxpayers.

According to a recent Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) report HHS currently has 11,200 children in their direct care as of Nov. 27. The agency is paying the most it has ever paid for shelters since it’s Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) was started.

In order to pay for the increase of care for illegal alien children HHS had to cut $167 million from other programs including HIV/AIDS and...

Illegal Alien Charged with 4 Murders Looks to Evade Death Penalty with ‘Intellectually Disabled’ Label

An illegal alien charged with murdering four Americans is looking to evade the death penalty by classifying himself as “intellectually disabled.”

Wilbur Ernesto Martinez-Guzman, a 20-year-old illegal alien from El Salvador, was charged with murdering 56-year-old Connie Koontz, 74-year-old Sophia Renken, 81-year-old Gerald David, and his 80-year-old wife, Sharon David, in January 2019 when prosecutors said he was attempting to steal money from his victims to buy more meth.

Now, Martinez-Guzman’s attorneys seek to classify him as “intellectually disabled” so he can evade the death penalty. The attorneys have appealed their case to Nevada’s Supreme Court, claiming that they need more time to gather evidence that their client is intellectually disabled.

The Associated Press reports:
Nevada’s Supreme Court wants to hear directly from lawyers on both sides in a death penalty dispute over how much more time public defenders should have to try to prove a Salvadoran immigrant is intellectually disabled and can’t be executed if convicted of four 2019 Nevada killings.

Deputy Defender John Reese Petty said in their most recent Supreme Court filings the motion hasn’t been filed yet because they’ve been unable to gather necessary evidence in Guzman’s native El Salvador due largely to COVID-19 travel restrictions.

A clinical psychologist concluded in an evaluation that’s been sealed in district court that Martinez-Guzman’s general intellectual and cognitive test scores fell well below levels needed to satisfy key elements of Nevada’s execution exemption, the defense said.
Previously, a Nevada judge said Martinez-Guzman’s attorneys had until April 20 to prove he is intellectually disabled. They claim they need more time to travel to El Salvador and gather evidence to prove their case.

Among those allegedly murdered by Martinez-Guzman was:

Illegal Alien Murders 4 in Jurisdiction of Sheriff Sued for Reporting Alien Criminals to ICE

Months after a California sheriff got sued for reporting undocumented criminals to federal authorities, an illegal immigrant with a criminal history murdered four people in the veteran law enforcement official’s jurisdiction just days after being released from jail. The brutal crimes occurred in Sacramento, California where Sheriff Scott Jones was recently sued by a leftist civil rights group for transferring illegal alien offenders to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for removal rather than release them back into the community under state sanctuary laws known as the TRUTH Act and the California Values Act. The first one, which went into effect in 2017, requires that local police give criminals in the U.S. illegally a written notice of their transfer to ICE. The second, which was enacted a year later, forbids all California law enforcement agencies from using funds or employees to “investigate, interrogate, detain or arrest persons for immigration enforcement purposes.” The measure is also known as SB 54.

The Golden State’s outrageous sanctuary laws protected 39-year-old Mexican national David Mora-Rojas from deportation after at least two encounters with the law. In April 2021, the mother of his three children obtained a restraining order against him after a domestic violence incident, according to the Sacremento County Sheriff’s Office, which confirms that the order specifically states Mora-Rojas cannot own or possess firearms or ammunition. On February 23, 2022, Mora-Rojas was arrested Merced County about 115 miles south of Sacramento for driving under the influence, assaulting a police officer, and assaulting medical staff. ICE served a detainer on the jail, but state sanctuary laws prohibited Merced officials from holding Mora-Rojas or communicating with ICE about his release, so the illegal immigrant walked out of jail on a $15,000 bond.

Five days later Mora-Rojas shot his three daughters and a court-ordered chaperone at a Sacramento church before shooting himself. The girls were nine, 10 and 13 years old. Mora-Rojas used an Armalite Rifle (AR) style gun with no serial number or manufacturer makings, according to the Sacramento Sheriff’s Office, which describes it as a Privately Made Firearm (PMF). The rifle had an extended 30-round magazine inserted and 17 casings were found at the scene. The horrific crimes occurred on February 28 at around 5 p.m. at the Church in Sacramento which is located in a residential neighborhood. The church issued a statement expressing shock and sadness, “resulting in the deaths of five of our members,” which seems to include the shooter. One Sacramento news report says court documents paint a disturbing picture of verbal and physical abuse inflicted by Mora-Rojas on the mother of his three kids, yet he was allowed to remain in the country illegally.

In the tragedy’s aftermath, Sheriff Jones is publicly expressing outrage. The 33-year law enforcement veteran is currently serving his third term as the top cop in the central California county of around 1.6 million that includes the state’s capitol. In a social media post Jones writes that “there is only ONE thing that allowed this horrific tragedy to occur with certainty: the deplorable state of our national immigration policies, and California’s Sanctuary State Laws.” Jones warns that liberals and activists will try to spin the narrative, dredge up sympathy for the monster that killed the victims and focus on the horrors of ghost guns. “When I was invited to the White House by President Trump in 2018 to discuss immigration failures in our country, I described California’s Sanctuary State law as creating ‘spectacular failures’ all over this state,” Jones writes. “I was criticized in The [Sacramento] Bee and elsewhere for that statement, but I defy them now to color this tragic event any other way.”

In November Jones was sued by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) for transferring illegal immigrants convicted of state crimes to...

Six-Time Deported Illegal Alien Accused of Killing Colorado Grandmother

A six-time deported illegal alien has been arrested for allegedly killing a 51-year-old Colorado grandmother after being released from local law enforcement custody.

Juan Sanchez, a Mexican illegal alien who has already been deported from the United States six times over the last decade, was arrested last week and charged with vehicular homicide and fleeing the scene of an accident after he allegedly hit and killed Annette Conquering Bear, a grandmother, while she was walking home from Walgreens, 9 News reported.

Sanchez, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials revealed, was deported from the U.S. twice in 2002, three times in 2008, and in 2012. Sometime after his last deportation, he illegally re-entered the...

Previously Deported Illegal Alien Wanted for Child Rape Shot by Police After Pulling a Gun

An illegal alien shot and killed by police during an attempted arrest in Arlington, Texas on Thursday was wanted on eleven sex offense charges, including crimes against children. Juan Jimenez-Salas had been previously deported from the United States.

A felony arrest warrant for Jimenez-Salas was issued months ago, with the Mexican national charged with five counts of rape and six counts of indecency with a child. It was alleged the illegal alien had committed sexual assault against two sisters under the ages of ten.

On Thursday, US Marshals working with Arlington police officers encountered Jimenez-Salas during a traffic stop. It’s alleged he reached for a gun during the arrest, and after pointing it at an officer was shot and killed.

It appears that Jimenez-Salas was deported from the United States are being charged with sex offenses similar to that he was recently charged with. “Approximately 20 years ago, he was arrested on felony charges similar to that on what we have on him in this case now. And he was deported back to Mexico,” said Captain Scott Harwell of the El Dorado Police Department.

If Jimenez-Salas had been kept out of the country after his first sex crimes deportation, the second round of sex offenses against children never would’ve occurred. It’s unclear when he returned to the United States.

Customs and Border Patrol officers have arrested dozens of previously deported sex offenders on the US southern border in the latest...

‘Clear Public Safety Threat’: ICE Rips Sanctuary County For Releasing Illegal Alien Convicted For Deadly Car Crash

  • Jose Barajas-Diaz, an illegal alien from Mexico, was involved in a deadly drunk-driving accident in North Carolina, and ultimately convicted of felony death by motor vehicle.
  • The Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office refused to honor an ICE detainer placed on Barajas-Diaz and released him from custody without cooperating with the agency. ICE agents captured him days later.
