Illegal alien charged with raping Maryland girl, 11

A man charged with raping an 11-year-old girl in Maryland was living in the United States illegally, authorities said.

Jonathan Coreas-Salamanca, 20, was arrested along with Ivan Reyes Lopez, 19, earlier this month at the high schools they attended in Montgomery County, Md., WJLA-TV reported. Both men are charged with second-degree rape.

Coreas-Salamanca, a citizen of El Salvador living in the U.S. illegally, faces additional charges of sexual abuse of a minor and a third-degree sexual offense.

“U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) lodged a detainer for Jonathan Coreas-Salamanca, an unlawfully present Salvadoran national, with Montgomery County Detention Center on Feb. 14, following his arrest by Montgomery County Police for sex abuse of a minor and second-degree rape,” ICE spokeswoman Kaitlyn Pote said in a statement to the Daily Caller on Tuesday.

ICE did not immediately respond to a Fox News for comment.

Coreas-Salamanca was arrested Feb. 13 at Montgomery Blair High School in Silver Spring where he is enrolled and Lopez was taken into police custody at Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School.

Coreas-Salamanca is accused of exchange explicit text messages and photographs with...

SIX-DAY-LONG ICE RAID IN NEW JERSEY RESULTS IN ARREST OF 115 VIOLENT, FOREIGN FUGITIVES

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement press release…

NEWARK, NJ – A Brazilian national, in the country illegally and wanted in Brazil for homicide, was arrested last week during enforcement efforts conducted by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) in New Jersey, targeting at-large criminal aliens, illegal re-entrants and other immigration violators.

Any local jurisdiction thinking that refusing to cooperate with ICE will result in a decrease in local immigration enforcement is mistaken. These jurisdictions that choose to not cooperate with ICE are likely to see an increase in ICE enforcement activity as ICE has no choice but to conduct more at-large, targeted enforcement actions since the agency is unable to take custody of a criminal alien within the confines of a local jail.

Recent arrests include:

-In Newark, a 53-year-old Brazilian national, who has a warrant in Brazil for the offense of homicide;

-In Fairfield, a 58-year-old Peruvian national, who has a warrant in Peru for the offense of extortion;

-In North Bergen, a 44-year-old Salvadoran national, who has a conviction for the offense of endangering the welfare of a child;

-In Elizabeth, a 28-year-old Salvadoran national, who has a pending case in El Salvador for the offense of homicide;

-In Glassboro, a 60-year-old previously deported Mexican national, who has a conviction for the offense of homicide;

-In Guttenberg, a 40-year-old Mexican national, who has convictions for the offense of child abuse, DUI and domestic violence;

ILLEGAL ALIEN CHARGED WITH RAPING 13-YEAR-OLD GIRL IN ALABAMA

When will the carnage our our young girls end?
PELHAM, AL (The Pelham Reporter) – The Madison County Sheriff’s Office has made an update in the case of a 13-year-old Pelham girl who went missing on Tuesday, Jan. 21, in the Pelham area.

Rodrigo Chagolla Ortega has been charged with rape in the second degree, which is a Class B Felony, and enticing a child, which is a Class C Felony, by MCSO after the girl was found safe in Huntsville following a collaborative two-day search from several law enforcement agencies, including the Pelham Police Department.

According to the Madison County Sheriff’s office, Ortega told the girl he was 19 years old after meeting her through a social media site before she was picked up on Tuesday morning at 7:30 in a dark Mercedes SUV.

Following several leads, investigators were led to a location on Joslin Street in Huntsville where both the victim and Ortega were located and taken into custody without incident.

Ortega is currently being held at the Madison County Jail on bonds totaling $30,000. He is on an ICE Detainer, which keeps him there for...

ILLEGAL ALIEN KIDNAPPED 15-YEAR-OLD GIRL AT BUS STOP, RAPED HER IN HIS SHED

WAKE COUNTY, NC (The New York Post) – A Spanish-speaking creep in North Carolina used the Google Translate app on his cellphone to tell a 15-year-old girl he just raped that she was pretty, according to reports.

Victor Emandes-Ramirez, 33, is accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting the teen as she walked to a bus stop early Thursday in Wake County, the News & Observer reported.

After grabbing the girl, Emandes-Ramirez, of Zebulon, allegedly forced the victim into his car before taking her to shed behind a mobile home, where he forced her to perform sex acts, according to a search warrant application.

Emandes-Ramirez, who doesn’t speak English, then drove the teen back to school – and used Google Translate to tell her that she was attractive and ask that she not tell...

NYC FREED VIOLENT ILLEGAL ALIEN, WHO THEN RAPED, KILLED 92-YEAR-OLD WOMAN

NEW YORK CITY, NY (The New York Daily News) – The NYPD ignored a federal request to turn over Reeaz Khan, an undocumented Guyanese immigrant busted in November for assaulting his father, leaving the twisted suspect free to kill helpless nonagenarian Maria Fuertes six weeks later, charged Thomas Decker, field office director for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement removal operations.

“Clearly the politicians care more about criminal illegal aliens than the citizens they are elected to serve and protect,” said Decker. “It was a deadly choice to release a man on an active ICE detainer back on the streets, and now he faces new charges, including murder.”

The NYPD and City Hall fired back in tandem at the allegation of blood on their hands in the gruesome Fuentes murder.

The police first issued a statement refuting ICE’s version of what happened, insisting the department was never notified about any detainer in this case. A City Hall source echoed the police account, adding that the city’s standard for turning over suspects was conviction rather than just allegations.

“We mourn with the family of Ms. Fuertes,” said mayoral spokeswoman Olivia Lapeyrolerie. “If Mr. Khan is convicted, the city will cooperate with federal officials in accordance with local law. It is shameful that the Trump Administration is politicizing this tragedy.”

Khan, 21, remains jailed on Rikers Island in last week’s savage and deadly assault on Fuertes as the helpless old Queens resident scavenged for returnable bottles and cans to collect a few extra dollars.

ICE officials said they targeted Khan following the Nov. 27 attack on his dad with a broken coffee cup, only to get the cold shoulder in their effort to deport the suspect because of the city’s sanctuary policies. Khan was...

In 2019 Over 90% of Illegal Aliens Arrested in U.S. Had Criminal Convictions Or Pending Charges

More than 90% of illegal immigrants arrested by federal agents in the United States last year had criminal convictions or pending criminal charges, including 56,000 assaults and thousands of sex crimes, robberies, homicides and kidnappings. Many had “extensive criminal histories with multiple convictions,” according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) year-end report. The 123,128 illegal aliens arrested by the agency’s Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) in 2019 had 489,063 criminal convictions and pending charges, representing an average of four crimes per alien, highlighting the “recidivist nature” of the arrested aliens, the agency writes, noting that sanctuary cities nationwide greatly impeded its public safety efforts.

The Dallas ICE field office, which covers north Texas and Oklahoma, led the way with 16,900 arrests in fiscal year 2019. The overwhelming majority,12,578, were convicted of crimes and 3,499 had pending criminal charges. The Atlanta field office, which is responsible for enforcing immigration law in Georgia as well as South and North Carolina, ranked second with 13,247 arrests, 8,009 of them convicted for state crimes. Another 3,943 illegal aliens had pending criminal charges. Atlanta field office leadership has repeatedly blasted local law enforcement officials within its jurisdiction for releasing droves of illegal immigrant criminals back onto the streets after being jailed for serious state crimes, accusing the sanctuary jurisdictions of creating a “serious public safety threat.”

In North Carolina alone, hundreds of violent criminals were released by local authorities last year to honor measures that offer illegal immigrants sanctuary. Among them were illegal aliens charged with serious violations such as homicide, kidnapping, arson and sex offenses. Mecklenburg County, the state’s largest, was among the biggest offenders, releasing numerous violent criminals rather than...

Another “Fast and Furious” killer gets life sentence

Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was murdered in
2010 by illegal aliens armed with weapons sold
by ATF Fast and Furious suspects.
An illegal immigrant alien convicted of murdering U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry during the government’s ill-fated “Fast and Furious” operation has been sentenced to life in prison, according to Associated Press (AP).

Heraclio Osorio-Arellanes was one of seven illegal immigrants charged with shooting Terry in 2010. Terry’s four-man border team encountered Osorio-Arellanes’ group while on a mission in the southern Arizona desert to protect illegal immigrants from other illegal immigrant bandits.

The border patrol unit reportedly fired bean bags at the illegal immigrants after they refused orders to stop approaching. Osorio-Arellanes and his men returned fire with AK-47 assault rifles, killing Terry.

Two of the rifles found at the scene of Terry’s murder were weapons that U.S. agents allowed to be trafficked to Mexican drug cartels as part of an Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) case named “Fast and Furious.” Thousands of weapons were put in the hands of drug traffickers through the operation.

After I first broke news of the secret operation in 2011, the Justice Department denied its existence. Later, the government admitted to the “gun walking” operation but claimed they intended to track the weapons to criminal organizations and make big arrests. However, there was no attempt to actually track the weapons.

Former President Obama and then-Attorney General Eric Holder were heavily criticized for the failed operation. Holder was held in contempt for refusing to turn over documents pertaining to the operation. President Obama declared executive privilege to keep the documents secret.

Several of Brian Terry’s family members tearfully spoke at Osorio-Arellanes’ sentencing hearing in a courtroom in Tucson, Arizona.

Osorio-Arellanes’ is the sixth of the seven men charged with Terry’s murder to be sentenced. The seventh man is in custody in Mexico, but has not been...

Six-Time Deported Illegal Alien Accused of Killing Colorado Grandmother

A six-time deported illegal alien has been arrested for allegedly killing a 51-year-old Colorado grandmother after being released from local law enforcement custody.

Juan Sanchez, a Mexican illegal alien who has already been deported from the United States six times over the last decade, was arrested last week and charged with vehicular homicide and fleeing the scene of an accident after he allegedly hit and killed Annette Conquering Bear, a grandmother, while she was walking home from Walgreens, 9 News reported.

Sanchez, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials revealed, was deported from the U.S. twice in 2002, three times in 2008, and in 2012. Sometime after his last deportation, he illegally re-entered the...

Another Death is Attributed to Illegal Alien Serial Killer in the Dallas Area, Bringing Kill Count to 20

Another family believed that serial murder and illegal alien Billy Chemirmir killed their mother.

The serial killing suspect is accused of smothering older women before robbing jewelry and other items around the DFW area.

Originally, on December 3, 2017, Diane Delahunt was found dead at Preston Place Senior Living Apartments in Plano. Three rings were missing from her fingers although police informed her family that she died of natural causes.

However, Delahunt’s cause of death changed in July 2019 to “undetermined” and her daughter claims police recently told her that serial murder suspect Billy Chemirmir was responsible for killing her.

Delahunt’s death is the 20th linked to Chemirmir. Two other women survived Chemirmir’s attacks in Frisco and Plano.

The illegal alien was indicted on 12 counts of capital murder in Dallas and Collin counties and two counts of attempted capital murder. In addition to Delahunty, eight more North Texas families stated that police suspect Chemirmir killed their loved ones.

Chemirmir is maintaining his innocence and is currently in the Dallas County Jail with a $16.2 million bail. In one Dallas County case, he faces the death penalty.

Lori Delahunty stated she found her mother lying dead on the floor of her apartment two years ago. She noticed a large knot on her mother’s head, but Lori Delahunty did not suspect foul play at the time. Originally, police told her the death was allegedly due to natural causes — a heart attack or stroke. Lori Delahunty originally thought that maybe her mother hit her head before falling.

After the attack, Lori Delahunty tried looking for the three rings — an engagement ring, a wedding ring and a 50th anniversary gold band — and then filed an insurance claim after failing to find them.

A few months later, she learned from other residents at Preston Place that police were investigating deaths and thefts there. Additionally, she learned about the case of a woman surviving an attack by a man who tried to...

An Illegal Alien Murdered Woman, Shot Her Son Days Before Christmas

An illegal alien has been arrested after allegedly murdering a woman in Cobb County, Georgia, and shooting her teenage son days before Christmas.

Juan Antonio Gonzalez, a 32-year-old illegal alien, allegedly led Cobb County officers on a car chase after he fled the home of 38-year-old Oralia Melo Meza and her 16-year-old son. According to police, Gonzalez shot and killed Meza before shooting her son in the arm, leaving him with a non-life threatening injury, on December 21.

Police said when they arrived at Meza’s home following a 911 call about a domestic dispute, Gonzalez pulled out of the driveway and fired at Cobb County officers. At one point, the illegal alien hit on the officers’ cars and led them on a car chase for about six miles.

Gonzalez was taken into custody only after he crashed his car into another vehicle on the road.

For now, Gonzalez has been hit with one count of murder, two counts of aggravated assault, one count of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, one count of possession of...

Jill Biden, meet Cpl. Ronil Singh and Deputy Brian Ishmael

The last time I checked, Joe Biden was running for president of the United States. But his wife, Jill Biden, demonstrated where the beltway Democratic couple’s allegiance and compassion are rooted this Christmas season: Mexico.

Biden traveled to a camp in Matamoros on the southern border this week bearing gifts and meals for Central American migrants — all hoping to trespass across the border illegally or exploit our asylum system with the help of “Open Borders Inc.” profiteers. Biden was accompanied by the executive director of Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley.

Holiday spirit or something else? Follow the money; find the truth.

For Catholic Charities, mass illegal and legal migration is a billion-dollar business. The behemoth nonprofit is a prime contractor for the Unaccompanied Alien Children racket created by President Obama, and it’s one of the nine lucrative government contractors for refugee resettlement. Its single largest source of “revenue”: the federal government. Taxpayers. You and me. Nearly 60 federal agencies fork over money to Catholic Charities, as well as international donors from the European Union to the United Nations to the governments of Austria, Columbia, El Salvador, Germany, Honduras, the U.K. and the World Bank.

Wall-bashing Pope Francis met with the U.N. secretary general to deliver a joint holiday message condemning opposition to the refugee camp explosion as a “sin.” The moral preening of border-busting elites who live behind gilded gates with 24/7 armed guards is unholy.

“Heart-breaking,” Biden sniffed, as she doled out goodies to those whom she undoubtedly hopes will be her husband’s future constituents. It’s “not who we are,” she intoned.

Now, lean in and listen more closely. Do you hear that? Yes, the silence. I’m talking about the thick, impenetrable wall of silence built by Catholic officials and Democratic leaders in the face of American suffering caused by immigration chaos.

Dec. 26 marks the anniversary of the brutal murder of Cpl. Ronil Singh at the hands of a Mexican gang member here illegally who was protected by “sanctuary policies” that obstruct local, state and...

MEDIA BLACKOUT: ILLEGAL ALIEN KILLED ONE WOMAN, WOUNDED THREE OTHERS IN BANK ROBBERY ATTEMPT

BEAVERTON, OR (KPTV) – Beaverton police have identified a 72-year-old woman stabbed and killed during a robbery at a Wells Fargo in Beaverton.

Officers have also identified three people hurt during Salvador Martinez-Romero’s alleged crime spree Wednesday morning, which spanned from Beaverton into Tigard and included two carjackings, according to law enforcement.

Janet Risch, of Beaverton, died Wednesday at the bank in the Murrayhill Marketplace off Southwest Teal Boulevard. Risch was a customer at the bank, police confirm.

Risch’s daughter, Debra Thompson, 52, also of Beaverton, was critically injured during the robbery, according to police.

Ian Day, 26, was hurt when Martinez-Romero, 20, stole his car from the parking lot of the Planet Fitness, which is located in the same shopping center, police said.

Martinez-Romero drove Day’s car south into Tigard, later stealing another vehicle near Southwest Walnut Street, according to police. The owner of that vehicle, Martha Bashir, 50, was transported to an area hospital and later released. Day was also hospitalized and released.

Martinez-Romero drove Bashir’s vehicle to the 11700 block of Highway 99 in Tigard, where he tried to run from officers on foot, according to law enforcement. He was unsuccessful and now faces charges including murder, attempted murder, and two counts of first-degree robbery.

Thompson remains in critical but stable condition at an area hospital, according to police. The Washington County Major Crimes Team was on scene for...

CHARGE: ILLEGAL ALIEN SOLD INFANT TO PAIR OF ILLEGAL ALIENS IN KENTUCKY

BOWLING GREEN, KY (WBKO) – Three people accused of selling/buying an infant in Bowling Green have now had immigration detainers filed on them by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

ICE filed the detainers with the Warren County Regional Jail on Dec. 3. A statement from ICE said that Maria Domingo-Perez, Catarina Jose-Felipe and Pascual Jose-Manuel were all citizens of Guatemala and illegally present in the U.S.

According to Bowling Green Police, a staff member from Parker-Bennett-Curry Elementary School of Bowling Green City Schools contacted them to do a welfare check at a residence on W 10th Avenue.

Officials say the school had received information that Maria Domingo-Perez had given a child away.

When authorities went to the residence, they say Domingo-Perez returned with the child and gave multiple conflicting statements.

Police say Domingo-Perez eventually said she had given the child away to Pascual Jose-Manuel and...

ICE: Illegal immigrant released under "sanctuary" laws murdered teen girl

Another day, another story about an illegal immigrant committing a violent crime.

This time it occurred in Durham, North Carolina, according to Breitbart News. Of course Durham County is a so-called “sanctuary county”, another word for a safe haven for law breaking illegal aliens to take up residence.

In this case it was Jose Bryan Guzman from El Salvador, accused of murdering 19-year-old Marlene Yamileth Portillo-Posada on August 24. Police say Portillo-Posada was strangled to death because Guzman believed she was cheating on him.

Guzman left North Carolina and went to Louisiana in September, where investigators from the Durham Police Department and St. Landry’s Parish Sheriff’s office were able to find and arrest him.

According to law enforcement sources, Guzman is an illegal immigrant who came to the US in September, 2015, most likely under the “DREAM Act”. The DREAM Act of course was designed to allow “children” of illegal aliens to remain in the US, and is a current point of contention with the Trump Administration. More on that later.

Guzman arrived as an Unaccompanied Alien Child and was released into the interior of the country. Guzman remains in...

DUI: ILLEGAL ALIEN CHARGED IN DRAGGING DEATH OF VIETNAM VET

NORRISTOWN, PA (Fox News) – Federal authorities said a man charged in the hit-and-run death of a Vietnam veteran in Pennsylvania earlier this month was living in the United States illegally.

A detainer request was lodged against Nemias Perez Severiano, 31, of Norristown, on Tuesday, an Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesperson told Fox News.

Severiano, a Mexican citizen, is suspected of striking Samuel W. Jackson, 67, as he exited his parked car in front of his Norristown home on Nov. 10 and dragging him more than 50 feet. Jackson died at a nearby hospital, The Philidelphia Inquirer reported.

Samuel W. Jackson
Severiano is charged with being involved with an accident causing death while not licensed, failing to stop and render aid, driving without a license, and other offenses.

A criminal complaint said Severiano told police he consumed seven or eight beers in a restaurant and was “a little drunk” before the incident.

Jackson served with the Marines in Vietnam in 1970 and 1971. He was buried in his uniform.

“No one deserves to die like that,” Doug Franks, a Marine veteran and senior vice commander at a VFW post in...

Exclusive–Angel Mom ‘Permanently Separated’ from Son, Illegal Killer to Be Freed by Sanctuary California

Angel Mom Agnes Gibboney says the sanctuary state of California is set to re-traumatize herself and her family by freeing her son’s murderer, an illegal alien, from prison without turning him over to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency for deportation.

Gibboney — whose 29-year-old son Ronald Da Silva was killed by an illegal alien in 2002 in El Monte, California — is pleading with California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) to make sure that her son’s killer is turned over to ICE for deportation rather than being freed into the U.S.

The illegal alien killer had been previously deported from the U.S. and a year before murdering Silva was arrested for assault and domestic violence but was never deported.

In an exclusive with SiriusXM Patriot’s Breitbart News Tonight, Gibboney said the fact that her son’s killer is likely to be freed by California is unfair to legal immigrants and American citizens like her.

LISTEN:

“He is due to be released and my fear is because of [California’s] sanctuary state policy,” Gibboney said. “ICE is not going to be notified and he is not going to be picked up and he’s going to be released back into the community.”

“It’s really frustrating and I can honestly say that the initial loss of my son was incredibly traumatizing and this is the second traumatization that my local government is creating in my life,” Gibboney continued. “You know when I think about the illegal aliens saying that they’re going to sue our president or sue our government because they are distressed because they are in fear of getting caught by ICE, get out of here. So if they’re going to sue, what should I sue for?”

“My family has been damaged in the worst way possible,” Gibboney said. “We are permanently separated from my son. They get to visit, they get to see their families. This individual will get to see his family. I will never get to see my son again.”

Ronald de Silva, an American citizen, was murdered by an illegal alien in 2002 who is now set to be released by the sanctuary state of California this month. (Facebook)
Gibboney told Breitbart News that her son’s killer has classified himself as “transient” and thus if released into California will make it even more difficult for ICE agents to track him down for arrest and deportation.

“It’s mind-boggling. As a legal immigrant, where are the safety and protections for myself, for my family? I have to watch over my back every minute if this guy comes...

Illegal Alien MS-13 Gang Member Sentenced For Horrific Machete Attack In Which Victims Were Ambushed & Girl Was Left For Dead

An MS-13 gang member was sentenced to 20 years in federal prison for his role in a brutal machete attack at a park just outside Dallas, Texas.

Manuel Amaya-Alvarez, 22, pleaded guilty in May to four counts of violent crime in aid of racketeering (VICAR).

According to court documents, Amaya-Alvarez – an El Salvadorian national in the United States illegally – admitted he belonged to MS-13, a notorious and violent transnational street gang.

In Sept. 25, 2017, he admitted he and fellow MS-13 gang members attempted to “take out,” or kill, four individuals at Running Bear Park in Irving, Texas.

That night, the gang lured an individual – a man they perceived to be a rival gang member – to the park under the guise that they wanted to buy his tattoo machine. The man came with two other men and a female acquaintance. When they arrived, gang members lured them to wooded area in the back of the park, where additional gang members – armed with a shotgun, machetes, and clubs – lay in wait.

After Amaya-Alvarez and another gang member, both seated on a park bench, greeted the victims, the other gang members appeared and surrounded the victims, forcing them to kneel on the ground before...

ILLEGAL ALIEN RAPED TODDLER IN FLORIDA, GIRL NOW LISTED IN CRITICAL CONDITION

COLLIER COUNTY, FL (The Daily Mail) – Deputies in Florida are searching for a man accused of raping a two-year-old girl and inflicting critical injuries on her.

Roberto Lopez, 40, a laborer from Immokalee with a history of violent offenses, is wanted on a charge of sexual battery on a victim under the age of 12.

The Collier County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in tracking down the accused child rapist, labeled an ‘animal’ in a now-deleted Facebook post.

‘This guy is pure evil and does not need to be on our street,’ Sheriff Kevin Rambosk wrote on the social media page for the office.

Law enforcement officials have not revealed the circumstances of the assault on the child, only saying that the rape has left the toddler in critical condition, reported ClickOrlando.

According to a ‘be on the lookout’ notice issued by the sheriff’s office, the 5-foot-7, 180-pound Lopez, who has been known to use nearly a dozen different aliases, is known to frequent bars in the North 2nd and Azteca area.

His last known place of residence was last known to be living at Tower Rentals in Immokalee.

Arrest records indicate that Lopez has been in and out of...

POLICE: ILLEGAL ALIEN STRANGLED WOMAN TO DEATH IN NEW JERSEY

TRENTON, NJ (NJ.com) – A man used an extension cord to kill his girlfriend Sunday night in a home in Trenton, authorities said.

Pablo Choc-Caal, 20, was arrested and charged with murder and weapons offenses, Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo Onofri said in a news statement.

Trenton EMS responded to a medical call at a home on the 700 block of Anderson Street at about 10:45 p.m. and called police to the scene after finding a woman – later identified as Irma Patrona Ic-Maaz, 18 – on the floor of a second-floor bedroom.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Homicide detectives determined the couple got an argument before Choc-Caal used the extension cord to...
