Illegal Alien Raped, Murdered Beloved Immigrant Caroline Cano
She was still wearing her jogging sneakers when she was found by Jersey City police in the lake and hadn’t been there long.
The Medical Examiner determined her death was caused by “strangulation” and “water submersion”. She had also been raped.
Jorge Rios, an illegal alien, was charged with murder, felony murder, kidnapping, and aggravated sexual assault after video evidence pointed to him as the killer. Rios lives nearby and was a frequent visitor to the park. He followed her as she jogged until they were alone.
“Our understanding is that it was strangers, and he frequented the park, and we feel real comfortable that we have the right person based on his statements. When you understand the video, the background, and the statements, this was just a horrible situation. The entire circumstance was a terrible thing, and the prosecutors did a great job wrapping it up quick,” the mayor said.
She was a “beautiful woman, had a beautiful heart” and her friends became worried when she didn’t show up for church.
Fox News reported that Rios is here illegally, but no other outlet is reporting that information. In New York, we hear about some horrific crimes and the names are turning up as Hispanic but no one will say if they are here legally. This isn’t normal for Hispanics. Chinese PLA soldiers arrive in Venezuela
The reported arrival of Chinese military personnel in Venezuela last weekend is undoubtedly a watershed moment in world politics.
In an extremely rare Chinese move, a 120-strong group of Chinese military personnel arrived on the Margarita Island in the Caribbean Sea off the Venezuelan mainland on March 28 “to deliver humanitarian aid and military supplies to the government forces”, but further details of the Chinese PLA mission have not been disclosed.
Even though vital Chinese interests were at stake in Afghanistan and Syria, China refrained from announcing a military deployment. Unlike Russia, China does not have a history of force projection around the world.
After delivering the humanitarian supplies, the Chinese PLA troops were transferred to a Venezuelan military facility, according to local reports. The Chinese PLA Navy’s hospital ship The Peace Ark had docked at the port in la Guaira, Venezuela, on September 22, 2018.
According to the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute, Venezuela imported $349 million worth of arms from China between 2010 and 2014 alone. In 2017 armoured tanks, ammunition, uniforms and infantry equipment, as well as replacement and service parts for Russian-made pieces, were delivered.
A week ago, some 100 Russian military personnel were deployed to Venezuela to instal a military helicopter training facility.
In a recent report in the LA Times, it was noted that “over the decade ending in 2016, China loaned Venezuela approximately $62 billion, much of which Caracas could repay with oil. Moscow in the last several years gave Venezuela $17 billion in loans and investment, and in December the two governments signed a new deal in which Russia will invest $6 billion in Venezuela’s oil and gold sectors”.

In ‘White Man’s Culture’ Remarks, Biden Shows How Little He Knows About History
Last week, former Vice President Joe Biden spoke at the Biden Courage Awards ceremony in preparation for his presidential campaign launch. There, in an attempt to forestall claims that as a white man, he simply isn’t intersectional enough to compete in the Democratic primaries, he critiqued a central pillar of Western civilization as inherently racist.
“Back in the late 1300s, so many women were dying at the hands of their husbands because they were chattel, just like the cattle, or the sheep, that the court of common law decided they had to do something about the extent of the deaths,” Biden fibbed.

Biden’s take was, as always, historically illiterate. The “rule of thumb” story has been circulating for years—and it has been repeatedly debunked. There was no “rule of thumb,” as feminist scholar Christina Hoff Sommers points out.

More importantly, however, Biden’s characterization of “English jurisprudential culture” as “white man’s culture” is profoundly disturbing.
English jurisprudential culture is rooted in the belief in the rule of law, due process of law, equal rights under law; English jurisprudential culture is responsible for preserving the natural rights we hold dear, rights which were imperfectly but increasingly extended over time to more and more human beings, particularly minorities.
No less a leftist figure than Barack Obama explained just that in 2009, saying he sought a system at Guantanamo Bay that “adheres to the rule of law, habeas corpus, basic principles of Anglo-American legal system.”
Protection of individual rights—and in particular, minority rights—lies at the heart of English jurisprudence. Yet Biden boiled down those rights to racial privilege.
