Big Win! Trump can withhold millions from ‘sanctuaries’

The Trump administration can withhold millions of dollars in law enforcement grants to force states to cooperate with U.S. immigration enforcement, the AP reports.

A federal appeals court in New York ruled Wednesday with a decision that conflicted with three other federal appeals courts.

“The decision by the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan overturned a lower court’s decision ordering the administration to release funding to New York City and seven states — New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Washington, Massachusetts, Virginia, and Rhode Island.”

“The states and city sued the U.S. government after the Justice Department announced in 2017 that it would withhold grant money from cities and states until they gave federal immigration authorities access to jails and provide advance notice when someone in the country illegally is about to be released.”

They went by the law. The Supreme Court ruled that on immigration policies, the federal government has power over the states. The law is clear, they asserted, the U.S. attorney general can impose conditions on sanctuaries receiving the money.

As the feds crack down on these sanctuaries, the states that act as sanctuaries will be in...

ANTI-WHITE TERROR: Black Woman Allegedly Punches Stranger at Bus Stop Because She Hates ‘White People’

These types of attacks are fomented by the fake news media.

A black woman punched a stranger outside of an Oregon bus last month because she hates “white people,” according to court documents.

The court documents indicate Nimo Jire Kalinle, a black 42-year-old woman, started punching Janae Jordan in the face repeatedly after leaving a bus at a stop in North Portland. Jordan was reportedly waiting with her young daughter and husband when she was targeted with the vicious, racially-motivated attack.

“It’s because you’re white and I hate white people,” Kalinle allegedly said to Jordan when the victim asked why she was being attacked without provocation, according to a probable cause affidavit.

The victim’s husband was forced to intervene and protect his wife from being targeted with this vicious act of racial hate until law enforcement officials arrived. Jordan claims she had never met Kalinle before the alleged attack took place so there can be no motive other than anti-white hatred.

Although the attack allegedly took place on Jan. 19, Kalinle was not taken into custody until Sunday. She has been charged with felony assault, first-degree bias crime, and interfering with public transportation for her role in the alleged attack. KPTV has reported that Kalinle has pleaded not guilty to all of the charges.

Kalinle failed to show during her Feb. 5 arraignment, according to The Oregonian, resulting in authorities issuing a bench warrant for her arrest. She is facing additional charges of suspicion of criminal mischief as well as disorderly conduct for allegedly throwing rocks toward bus shelters and attacking other property owned by the Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation. Her next court date is scheduled for March 6.

This attack comes as anti-white sentiment is being normalized throughout the country, as the demographics rapidly change in...

Despite Record Media Bias, Trump More Popular Than Obama at Same Point in Presidency

From the day Donald Trump declared his candidacy for President of the United States he faced an unprecedented media onslaught that unsuccessfully tried to sink his campaign.

As anyone with eyes and ears is aware, that has continued during his tenure as President. During his first hundred days in office, 89% of network coverage of the Trump presidency was negative.

For the entire year of 2018, coverage was 90% negative.

During the recent impeachment hysteria, media bias maxed out with 100% negative coverage.

And despite all of that, President Trump is now more popular than President Obama was at the same point during their respective presidencies.

According to Rasmussen Reports, President Trump’s approval today stands at 52%, while Obama’s stood at 47%.

Incumbent presidents generally have an advantage over their competition in elections, and Trump polling higher than the last incumbent to win re-election is a positive sign. President Trump has also been attracting a...

Illegal alien charged with raping Maryland girl, 11

A man charged with raping an 11-year-old girl in Maryland was living in the United States illegally, authorities said.

Jonathan Coreas-Salamanca, 20, was arrested along with Ivan Reyes Lopez, 19, earlier this month at the high schools they attended in Montgomery County, Md., WJLA-TV reported. Both men are charged with second-degree rape.

“U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) lodged a detainer for Jonathan Coreas-Salamanca, an unlawfully present Salvadoran national, with Montgomery County Detention Center on Feb. 14, following his arrest by Montgomery County Police for sex abuse of a minor and second-degree rape,” ICE spokeswoman Kaitlyn Pote said in a statement to the Daily Caller on Tuesday.

ICE did not immediately respond to a Fox News for comment.

Coreas-Salamanca was arrested Feb. 13 at Montgomery Blair High School in Silver Spring where he is enrolled and Lopez was taken into police custody at Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School.

Coreas-Salamanca is accused of exchange explicit text messages and photographs with...

Coroner Slams ‘Misinformation:’ Obama DHS Whistleblower Death Not Ruled ‘Suicide,’ Under Investigation

The coroner for the Amador County Sheriff’s Office in California on Monday criticized the spread of “misinformation” surrounding the death of Obama administration-era whistleblower Philip Haney, saying it is “extremely premature and inappropriate” to deem it a “suicide.”

Law enforcement reportedly discovered the body of the 66-year-old former U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) official less than three miles from his home on February 21 in Amador Country, the coroner indicated in a statement to news outlets issued on Monday.

Amador County is located about 40 miles east of Sacramento.

The coroner stated:
Unfortunately, there was misinformation immediately being put out that we have determined Mr. Haney’s death to be a suicide. This is not the case. We are currently in the beginning phase of our investigation and any final determination as to the cause and manner of Mr. Haney’s death would be extremely premature and inappropriate. No determination will be made until all evidence is examined and analyzed.

This investigation is still active and will be ongoing.
The coroner’s statement came after the Amador County Sheriff’s Office reportedly indicated Haney’s death appeared to be the result of “a single, self-inflicted gunshot wound” to the chest, prompting news outlets to report the former DHS official’s demise as a suicide.

Gunshot wounds to the chest, however, are inconsistent with suicides, data reportedly show.

The FBI is assisting county authorities with the investigation, the coroner said, noting:
We have reached out to our law enforcement partners in the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to assist in analyzing documents, phone records, and a laptop that were recovered from the scene and Mr. Haney’s RV. We are currently in possession of his vehicle, the firearm located at the scene, and his RV and we will be requesting evidence processing assistance from the FBI on those items as well.

Our investigators conducted a neighborhood canvas and interviewed his RV park neighbors on the day of the incident along with checking key areas for any video surveillance that may exist from that time.

The Sacramento County Coroner’s Office is expected to conduct a forensic autopsy on Haney’s body, the statement added.

While testifying as a whistleblower before the Senate Judiciary Committee in June 2016, Haney asserted DHS ordered him to delete hundreds of files of people with links to radical Islamist terrorist groups. He argued authorities could have prevented several...
