There's a Reason Texas Rejected Dominion Voting System...

As Dominion Voting Systems software comes increasingly under scrutiny in contested presidential elections this cycle, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton tells Newsmax TV his state tested the software and rejected it.

"There is a reason that Texas rejected it," Paxton told "Stinchfield" host Grant Stinchfield. "We didn't do it arbitrarily. We knew that these were unreliable systems. We didn't want to trust them.

"We didn't want to be in the same situation that some of these other states are in now where we're questioning the results, so we clearly believe that this was a problem."

Paxton said Texas tested Dominion software up to three different times, beginning in 2012, each time finding system failures in both hardware and software.

"We discovered that these systems are subject to different types of unauthorized manipulation and potential fraud," he said.

President Donald Trump on Thursday accused Dominion Voting Systems of having “DELETED 2.7 MILLION TRUMP VOTES NATIONWIDE.”

Trump tweeted a quote he attributed to One America News Network and its chief White House correspondent Chanel Rion as saying: “REPORT: DOMINION DELETED 2.7 MILLION TRUMP VOTES NATIONWIDE. DATA ANALYSIS FINDS 221,000 PENNSYLVANIA VOTES SWITCHED FROM PRESIDENT TRUMP TO BIDEN. 941,000 TRUMP VOTES DELETED. STATES USING DOMINION VOTING SYSTEMS SWITCHED 435,000 VOTES FROM TRUMP TO BIDEN.”

Twitter flagged this post with a note that says, “This claim about election fraud is disputed.”

True the Vote Lawsuit: Dead People, Felons Voted Illegally in Michigan

The election integrity group True the Vote is suing Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D-MI) and county officials in Wayne County, Washtenaw County, and Ingham County, Michigan, alleging that dead people and felons voted illegally in the presidential election.

The lawsuit, filed on Thursday, is seeking to invalidate ballots in counties where they allege widespread illegal ballots and fraudulent ballot-counting took place. The lawsuit cites reports claiming that about 10,000 dead people returned mail-in ballots to vote in Michigan.

True the Vote’s Catherine Engelbrecht said:

Every illegal vote that is counted dilutes the voting rights of law-abiding American citizens, and jeopardizes Americans’ trust in their electoral process. Enough is enough. True the Vote is taking a stand on behalf of Michiganders — and all Americans — to stop bad actors who are stripping away citizens’ most basic rights by refusing to secure our election process. We will take proper action to put an end to it.

Among the evidence presented, the lawsuit claims that ballot counting was not transparent, dates on ballots were fraudulently changed, software glitches occurred, clerical errors occurred, illegal votes were cast, poll watchers were excluded from voting sites, ballots were wrongly backdated, and votes were dumped at counting sites.

In one instance alleged in the lawsuit, a software glitch in Antrim County allegedly caused at least 6,000 ballots to be counted for Democrats that were actually supposed to go to Republicans. The lawsuit claims 69 of Michigan’s 83 counties use the same...

Meet the Smith College employee whistleblower exposing anti-white racism

An employee at Smith College in Massachusetts has been making videos detailing the creation of a “hostile work environment” for her as a white person.

“I am very, very concerned about this issue, not just for the Smith community, but for communities at other colleges and workplaces too,” Jodi Shaw told The College Fix in an email.

Shaw, an alumnus of the school, currently works as an administrative assistant in the Department of Student Affairs at the elite women’s college.

“I’m white, which really shouldn’t be relevant, but my employer has made it clear that, not only is it relevant, but it’s possibly one of most important or if not the most important feature of me as a human,” Shaw said in a video posted to her YouTube channel. As of now, Shaw has made a total of four videos detailing her experience at work.

The first is titled: “Dear Smith College: I Have a Few Requests.”

“I ask that Smith College stop reducing my personhood to a racial category,” she says. Shaw also claims that “a lot” of other staff members feel the same way. Those staffers have not come forward.

Shaw goes on to offer a blistering indictment of critical race theory, attacking the idea that white people have built an unconquerable system of racism against which people of color are powerless.

“I believe my value lies in the quality of my work, the goodness of my deeds, the essence of my character, and the fullness of my heart, not my skin color,” she says.

Why President Trump Has A Strong Supreme Court Case To Contest Pennsylvania

As widespread claims of voter fraud begin to have their day in court, a closer look at the Trump lawsuit in Pennsylvania reveals that numerous claims of voter fraud aren’t really the core claims of the case.

As arguments about voter fraud have escalated across the country, it’s time to recognize that despite what an unmitigated disaster widespread expansion of absentee balloting has been, concerns about its abuse aren’t the most important argument in the ongoing fight over the legitimacy of this election. Sure, the media and Big Tech’s widespread white-washing and censoring of very real voter fraud concerns are damaging to the social fabric in existential ways, just as ignoring norms (and in some cases laws) requiring transparency destroys public trust and confidence in the outcome.

The Pennsylvania lawsuit isn’t yet proof that election-altering fraud occurred, although it does present compelling evidence that if proved shatters the media narrative on election security. A closer look at the allegations of direct fraud weighed against the likelihood of proving that enough occurred to alter the outcome — on a shortened timeline — reveals a daunting task for the president’s legal team.

President Trump’s lawyers, however, aren’t making the same argument as your uncle on Facebook; they’re playing for keeps. Some Republicans have been content to publicly call for the “process to play out” while privately predicting losses or maybe a few favorable rulings on some esoteric technicalities. But the president is not tired of winning yet.

Shortly after the filing, Jenna Ellis, a senior legal adviser to the Trump campaign, put it succinctly: “Pennsylvania is irredeemably compromised.”

The thrust of their legal argument doesn’t hinge on the numbers of fraudulent ballots cast, but on the inconsistent and illegal application of Pennsylvania election law, which dilutes legally cast votes — so-called disparate treatment, from which the U.S. Constitution is...

Obviously, the biggest Election Day loser will either be President Trump or Joe Biden, depending on who ultimately wins the presidential election, and the second biggest loser will be congressional Democrats, who lost seats in the House and failed to retake the Senate majority, but another major loser –without any question — is disgraced Fox News.

The bottom is falling out of Fox’s reputation, and there are reports that the once-respected outlet is suffering in the ratings. None of this should surprise anyone, especially with the countless botched calls and outright lies still being uncovered during the dumpster fire that was Fox’s Election Night coverage.
