Newsmax Ratings Surge, Surpass Fox For First Time

Before Nov. 3, neither OAN nor Newsmax could come anywhere close to matching, or surpassing, the ratings from America's reigning king of cable: Fox News, the conservative-leaning news and opinion network that helped cultivate the base of GOP voters which Trump rallied to victory in 2016, has finally lost its crown.

According to media reports, Newsmax beat Fox News among the coveted 25- to 54-year-old demographic for the first time ever on Monday evening. The ratings win comes amid a breakthrough in the Trump Administration's push to challenge the election results in the court of public opinion to try and "delegitimize" Biden's presidency (just like how many on the left refused to accept Donald Trump as their president 4 yeas ago).

The battle has at times impacted Fox's shares.

CNN's Brian Stelter, who clearly likes to think of himself on the de facto "reporter of record" when it comes to covering the American media industry (the eptiome of naval gazing, as far as we can tell), broke the news late Tuesday.

"Before the election, Newsmax was not regarded as a formidable competitor to Fox; it was mostly dismissed as one of a handful of wannabe challengers," CNN's Brian Stelter reports. "But President Trump's loss on Nov. 3 changed the cable TV calculus. Viewers who were frustrated when Fox admitted the truth of Trump's loss sought other options," and "Newsmax — and Kelly in particular — offered a safe space in which Biden was not called president-elect and Trump was not yet defeated."

Of course, many on the left are blaming Fox's "Fall From Grace'' on the fact that it "stood up to Trump" by calling the vote for Biden, even as supreme court challenges and other questions remian unresolved. Trump's most loyal followers are likewise repudiating Fox, and embracing Sinclair-owned Newsmax and OAN.

While this is only the first time any Newsmax programming blocks has topped Fox, we imagine it won't be the last, particularly as Newsmax copies more and more of what worked at Fox, while filtering out...

Pompeo: Thanks to Trump, Chinese Communist Party ‘Has Now Shown Itself’ and Is Exposed

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo told Breitbart News exclusively that President Donald Trump and his administration have successfully exposed the Chinese Communist Party as the most significant threat to the United States – something he hopes will last long into the future.

Thanks to the work of Trump and his administration, Pompeo said, combined with the Chinese Communist Party’s coverup of the origins of the coronavirus pandemic, the Chinese Communist Party and its influence operations across the country and around the world are well known and public. The CCP, the president’s top diplomat and former CIA director argued, was able to operate in the shadows with impunity for years—but now it can no longer hide its agenda and actions from the world.

“The CCP has now shown itself,” Pompeo said. “It frankly didn’t for a long time. We can now see it. Each time we push back, you can see it more clearly. Each time we talk about how this virus emanated from Wuhan, China, the Chinese try to tell a story that it came from Italy or it came from American soldiers. I think the story this week was it came from packaged food. This is false and disinformation. We are unraveling their narrative. We have taken this seriously because Xi Jinping is taking making China the Middle Kingdom—a global hegemony—seriously. So we have a responsibility to get this right.”

Pompeo is traveling to Georgia Tech on Wednesday to deliver a speech about Chinese influence operations on American college campuses and the threat they represent to the United States. Some on the left and in the establishment media have raised concerns that Pompeo appearing in Georgia—where there are two ongoing U.S. Senate runoffs that could determine majority control in the U.S. Senate—is a political trip disguised as official business. Upcoming on Jan. 5, both GOP Sens. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) and David Perdue (R-GA) will face Democrats Rev. Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff respectively. Republicans will definitely have at least 50 U.S. Senate seats next year, and Democrats will definitely have at least 48. If the Democrats were to take these two seats, that would mean the Senate would deadlock in a 50-50 tie. In such a scenario, whoever the Vice President of the United States is would cut the ties. As it stands now, Democrat presidential candidate former Vice President Joe Biden leads in enough states that have certified their election results to win the White House next year, but President Trump is continuing with a challenge of the results. If that challenge is unsuccessful, Biden would become the president and his running mate, Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA), would become the vice presiden, making her the tie-breaking vote in the Senate in such a scenario.

Asked about the Senate majority, and the White House next year, as it relates to China policy, Pompeo pointed to what he described as a growing bipartisan consensus on the threat of the Chinese Communist Party to the United States. He credited Trump for building that consensus and waking up both parties to...

PATHETIC: ‘Veteran’ GOP Lawmakers are Too Scared of ANTIFA/BLM Reprisal Call Special Session in Georgia

According to a report from syndicated radio host John Fredericks, Georgia lawmakers will not fight back against the vote steal because they are too scared of reprisal from ANTIFA and Black Lives Matter terrorists.

He relayed information from a conversation that one of his listeners had with state representative Colton Moore, a 27-year-old Republican lawmaker from Trenton. Moore reportedly told the listener there is no chance for a special session to be called because of the extreme cowardice of his fellow legislators.

“From our caller, Colton Moore said they’re never going to get there. He said the problem is, ‘I’m talking to some of these veteran legislators, and they’re afraid to put their name on this petition because they don’t want to be doxed, they don’t want their families to be harassed, they don’t want anybody going to their house keying their car. They don’t want any of that happening,'” Fredericks said.

“They also said, ‘look, if we have a special session and we revoke the electors for Biden, ANTIFA Is going to come, BLM is going to come, and Atlanta is going to burn down, and they’re going to blame us, so we just don’t want to deal with this, we just need to go forward as it is, elect these two senators and everything will be fine,'” he added.

Fredericks’ rant can be seen here:

‘Entire Body Of Ballots Is Constitutionally Suspect’ Claims Texas AG In Supreme Court Suit Seeking To Toss GA, MI, WI, And PA Results

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s new mega law suit asserts that in “failing to follow the state statutory requirements for signature validation and other processes for ballot security, the entire body of such ballots is now constitutionally suspect and may not be legitimately used to determine allocation of the Defendant States’ presidential electors.”

The bombshell claim comes today – on the ‘Safe Harbor Day’ for electoral votes – as numerous challenges proceed to give Republicans more time to bring mounting evidence before federal courts as well as the Supreme Court.

Paxton’s case notes “significant and unconstitutional irregularities in the Defendant States” which includes Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

“Non-legislative actors’ purported amendments to States’ duly enacted election laws, in violation of the Electors Clause’s vesting State legislatures with plenary authority regarding the appointment of presidential electors,” it states, before moving on to address specifics in a whopping 154-page complaint.

It continues:
“Taken together, these flaws affect an outcome determinative numbers of popular votes in a group of States that cast outcome-determinative numbers of electoral votes. This Court should grant leave to file the complaint and, ultimately, enjoin the use of unlawful election results without review and ratification by the Defendant States’ legislatures and remand to the Defendant States’ respective legislatures to appoint Presidential Electors in a manner consistent with the Electors Clause and pursuant to 3 U.S.C. § 2.”
The suit, filed with the U.S. Supreme Court, even notes how these states appeared to act in the very same manner:

Inaugural Committee Rejects Motion Acknowledging Biden as President-Elect

The Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies rejected a motion acknowledging Biden as president-elect after a 3-to-3 vote in which all Republicans opposed.

The motion put forward read, “I move that the committee notify the American people that we are preparing for the inauguration of the 46th President of the United States, Joseph R. Biden Jr., and his Vice President, Kamala Harris, in coordination with the Biden Presidential Inaugural Committee and public health experts to ensure the health and safety of the American people as we observe this transition of power.”

Newsweek reports:
Hoyer criticized his colleagues after the meeting, writing in a statement that “the extent to which Republicans are refusing to accept the outcome of the election and recognize Joe Biden and Kamala Harris as our next President and Vice President is astounding.”

He added, “Their continued deference to President Trump’s post-election temper tantrums threatens our democracy and undermines faith in our system of elections.”
The other lawmakers who serve on the committee alongside Hoyer are House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), Senator Amy Klobuchar (D-MO), Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), Senator Roy Blunt (R-MO) and House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA).

Chairman Blunt said in a statement that “it is not the job of the Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies to get ahead of the electoral process and decide who we are inaugurating.”

Networks Censor Bombshell on Chinese Spy-Swalwell Political, Fundraising And Sexual Relationship; Tucker Buries All of Them

When it comes to claims of Russian collusion (fake or real), the liberal media have proven to be all ears. But when it comes to the ever-growing threat from China, they’re far less interested. Whether it’s due to their corporate interests, the Communist Party’s tilt, or something else, the outrage was almost non-existent.

So, it was unsurprising to see how the major broadcast network newscasts refused on Tuesday to acknowledge a bombshell Axios story chronicling how a Chinese spy named Christine Fang “developed extensive ties with local and national politicians, including a U.S. congressman, in what U.S. officials believe was a political intelligence operation run by China’s main civilian spy agency between 2011 and 2015.” That congressman? Eric Swalwell (D-CA).

Thankfully, the Fox News Channel’s Tucker Carlson not only covered this in his opening monologue, but went further by stating that “U.S. intelligence officials believe that Fang had a sexual relationship with [Swalwell]” and that his team contacted Swalwell’s office seeking comment on all of the allegations.

But instead of offering ardent denials, Tucker said that Swalwell’s team “couldn't comment on whether or not Swalwell had a sexual relationship with Fang because such information might be ‘classified.’”

Carlson’s monologue started with the reality of how “[t]he defining characteristic of our ruling class in this country is narcissism” and “talk[ing] almost exclusively about themselves, about their limitless neuroses, their so-called privilege, their guilt about that privilege, their ‘identity.’”

Carlson used that as a jumping-off point to note how China’s being “watching” us “carefully” as it’s kept its focus on their “goal” of “knocking us from their perch” as the world’s leading superpower (with a recap of his Monday monologue).

He then brought up the Axios story, its findings about Fang, and her connection to the Russian collusion-touting congressman:
