The Chatham County Sheriff’s Office has charged Mario Sotelo, 45, of 2503 Gemena Road, Chapel Hill, with one count of felony indecent liberties with a child, one count of felony first degree sexual offense with a child, and one count of misdemeanor sexual battery.
