Father-of-five who advocated rights for immigrants is hit and killed by a Salvadoran man in the US illegally who was ordered to be deported eight months ago

  • Sean Buchanan, 45, from Colorado, was killed when his motorcycle was rammed by a truck operated by illegal immigrant Miguel Ramirez Valiente on August 2
  • A day earlier, Valiente's probation stemming from a 2018 DUI conviction was extended because he had failed to complete his sentence
  • Valiente, an undocumented immigrant from El Salvador, was charged with misdemeanor careless driving on revoked license
  • He made headlines in January when he had sought refuge in a church to avoid getting deported
  • Buchanan was a staunch supporter of rights of immigrants
  • He leaves behind his wife and their five children between ages 6 and 15, including two boys adopted from Africa

A staunch supporter of the rights of immigrants - and a married father of five - was killed last week when an illegal immigrant from El Salvador facing deportation crashed into his motorcycle in Colorado.

Sean Buchanan, 45, was driving northbound on Highway 83 on August 2 when Colorado State Patrol say a southbound truck operated by Miguel Ramirez Valiente went off the side of the road, then over-corrected into the wrong lane and crashed into Buchanan's bike, killing him.

Valiente, an undocumented immigrant who was slated for deportation eight months earlier, was charged with misdemeanor careless driving with a revoked license in the deadly accident.

In an ironic twist, Buchanan was known among friends a passionate advocate for all immigrants.

Buchanan leaves behind his wife of 16 years, author Kathy Wierenge Buchanan, and their five children between the ages of 6 and 15 (pictured together)

Officials do not suspect that drugs, alcohol or excessive speed played a role in the collision, reported The Colorado Springs Gazette.

Valiente has a criminal record in Colorado that includes a 2018 conviction for a DUI charge, which earned him a year's probation and the revocation of his license, and a guilty plea to a charge of reckless endangerment in a child neglect case.

On August 1, less than 24 hours before the deadly crash that killed Buchanan, Valiente's probation was extended because he had failed to complete his court-ordered treatment program and community service.

He made national headlines in January when he sought sanctuary at All Souls Unitarian Universalist Church in January to avoid deportation to...

FBI Now Classifies ‘Conspiracy Theories’ as Domestic Terrorism Threat

I wonder how long until they classify the FBI colluding to overthrow a duly-elected President a "conspiracy theory".

The FBI for the first time has identified fringe conspiracy theories as a domestic terrorist threat, according to a previously unpublicized document obtained by Yahoo News. (Read the document below.)

The FBI intelligence bulletin from the bureau’s Phoenix field office, dated May 30, 2019, describes “conspiracy theory-driven domestic extremists,” as a growing threat, and notes that it is the first such report to do so. It lists a number of arrests, including some that haven’t been publicized, related to violent incidents motivated by fringe beliefs.

The document specifically mentions QAnon, a shadowy network that believes in a deep state conspiracy against President Trump, and Pizzagate, the theory that a pedophile ring including Clinton associates was being run out of the basement of a Washington, D.C., pizza restaurant (which didn’t actually have a basement).

“The FBI assesses these conspiracy theories very likely will emerge, spread, and evolve in the modern information marketplace, occasionally driving both groups and individual extremists to carry out criminal or violent acts,” the document states. It also goes on to say the FBI believes conspiracy theory-driven extremists are likely to increase during the 2020 presidential election cycle.
FBI designates Pizzagate and QAnon conspiracy-based theories as domestic threats.

The FBI said another factor driving the intensity of this threat is “the uncovering of real conspiracies or cover-ups involving illegal, harmful, or unconstitutional activities by government officials or leading political figures.” The FBI does not specify which political leaders or which cover-ups it was referring to.

President Trump is mentioned by name briefly in the latest FBI document, which notes that the origins of QAnon is the conspiratorial belief that “Q,” allegedly a government official, “posts classified information online to reveal a covert effort, led by President Trump, to dismantle a conspiracy involving ‘deep state’ actors and global elites allegedly engaged in an international child sex trafficking ring.”

This recent intelligence bulletin comes as the FBI is facing pressure to explain who it considers an extremist, and how the government prosecutes domestic terrorists. In recent weeks the FBI director has addressed domestic terrorism multiple times but did not...

America Needs Four More Terms of Donald Trump

Peter Strzok, the central figure in both the FBI’s burying of Hillary Clinton’s crimes and in carrying out the “insurance policy” of his lover, Lisa Page, to use the powers of the national security establishment to take out a U.S. presidential candidate, is strolling back in to FBI Headquarters these days as though it was just another day at the office.

I am not making this up.

“Strzok is in the (HQ) building all the time,” one FBI insider revealed, according to a recent media report at True Pundit. “He is taking meetings or part of meetings.” The article goes on, “FBI sources confirm Strzok has been granted access to FBI facilities in Washington, D.C. and its headquarters building on numerous occasions since he was sacked in August 2018.”

Strzok is the man who emphatically told former FBI lawyer Lisa Page that they would “stop” Mr. Trump from winning the 2016 election. And they would do that using a fraudulently predicated counterintelligence investigation based on “evidence” planted by one of their own assets, Joseph Mifsud, a mysterious Maltese professor widely linked to Western intelligence services, on a hapless Trump campaign volunteer, George Papadopoulos.

Yet now we learn that not only is Strzok being permitted back into FBI Headquarters (perhaps as a paid contractor?), but he still holds his security clearances. “He (Strzok) is getting in with a visitor’s badge and is involved in meetings,” one FBI insider said. The same article notes, “Maybe they are all trying to get their story straight before things go public.” Moreover, it continues, “FBI sources said when Strzok is not at the Hoover building he has been holding meetings with high-level DOJ brass at a location across the street from the Bureau’s Pennsylvania Avenue base.”

Not wanting to rely solely on the word of a pseudonymously written True Pundit report, I did some rooting around and discovered not only that the True Pundit story is accurate, but obtained some additional information about Strzok.

My source is a retired FBI agent with current contacts within FBI Headquarters. This person tells me:
"True Pundit’s information about the visitor badges for Strzok came from one of my most reliable sources. There is no reason for him to be in that building. If he is cooperating, he’d be at Main Justice or at the US Attorney’s office. He has been seen several times over several months inside FBIHQ. His clearances are simply suspended upon leaving the FBI. If he got a job tomorrow requiring a clearance, that entity would have to take over responsibility for his clearances. Unless he’s working for someone who did that, then his clearances are suspended. I can tell you the initial report of him being seen in FBIHQ on a few occasions with a visitor badge and being escorted is true from my source inside FBIHQ."

The fact that Strzok’s security clearances are merely “suspended” and eligible for reactivation is stunning. A security clearance is a very valuable commodity in Washington, D.C. The man whom the DoJ Inspector General found to be a grossly biased federal investigator and was sacked accordingly is allowed to maintain those clearances. Amazing.

Donald Trump's presidency has revealed that our country is in the grip of an entrenched bureaucracy whose hold, I am of the increasing opinion, may take decades to break. This anecdote about Peter Strzok’s continued security clearances and access to a building that President Trump nominally controls illustrates the vicelike grasp that “Deep State” players continue to hold over our...

BRUCE OHR docs reveal FBI/DOJ/State/Fusion GPS worked together to get Trump dirt

Judicial Watch released the 302s of the interviews of Bruce Ohr with the FBI, documents they obtained through a FOIA lawsuit. The 302s are the FBI notes of the interviews. He was interviewed as a WITNESS.

They concern his interactions with the foreign agent, Christopher Steele, who was working as an operative of the Clinton campaign at the time.

They expose the cozy relationship between the FBI, DOJ, State Department and the Clinton campaign’s researchers — the shady organization, Fusion GPS.

There are redactions, but at one point, Bruce Ohr describes someone as “desperate that Donald Trump not get elected and was passionate about him not being the U.S. President.” JW believes that person is most likely Steele. This was AFTER the President was elected.

“Ohr knew that [Fusion GPS’s] Glenn Simpson and others were talking to Victoria Nuland at the U.S. State Department.”

They all knew that Simpson was working on behalf of Clinton’s campaign.

On December 5, 2016, Ohr promised to “voluntarily” give his wife Nellie Ohr’s Fusion GPS research to the FBI. He also gave the FBI a Manafort chronology report. The research was conducted for Hillary Clinton and Nellie knew it.

As you can see, the FBI was working closely with a Clinton operative digging up Russia dirt on Trump.

On December 20, 2016 he did turn over the information to the FBI — the “totality” of her work — but took the Fusion GPS header off.

Steele and Ohr communicated using WHATSAPP!

By January 23rd, 2017, Ohr was talking to a McCain staffer. Ohr texted and talked to Steele using WhatsApp, which is not sanctioned for use and which enables secret messaging. Only the two people using it have the key.

That’s not suspicious at all.

An Ohr communication on February 2, 2014, revealed that Steele communicated with State Department official Kathleen Kavalec several times before the election. We know from prior releases that she picked up glaring errors in the dossier and warned against using it.

On Feb. 14, 2017, Ohr tells the FBI that Steele communicated with him via...
