Parler sues Amazon for anti-trust violations, breach of contract

Parler filed a lawsuit Monday against Amazon for antitrust violations, breach of contract, and unlawful business interference. The lawsuit asks a federal judge to order Amazon to reinstate the platform.

Parler was destroyed at midnight Pacific time by a coordinated strike among tech giants who work hand-in-hand with Democrats. Apple, Google, Amazon, lawyers, text message, and email capabilities were all erased in a 24-hour period.

Amazon provided their cloud services and Parler is currently unable to find another vehicle to upload their data since Apple and Google have made it clear they do not approve.

The social-media service vanished just before midnight Sunday Pacific time, when Amazon.com Inc. followed through on its threat to stop hosting the public-messaging platform that has exploded in popularity among supporters of President Trump, the Wall Street Journal reports.

The WSJ continues: The effective disappearance of Parler shows the growing breadth and effect of efforts by big technology companies to restrict content they label as dangerous after last week’s mob attack on the U.S. Capitol. Amazon had said in a letter to Parler over the weekend that it had seen a steady increase in violent content on the site and said Parler’s efforts to remove it were inadequate.

This came almost immediately after Apple took down the Parler app. Google had already taken it down from Android.

CEO Matze said in a post on Parler on Saturday that it was possible the service would be unavailable for as long as a week while it found new hosting services. Since that statement, he said it could be longer.

“This was a coordinated attack by the tech giants to kill...

The Dark History of America’s First Female Terrorist Group

Note: This is the original picture on the Politico Article,
They Have Since Removed Terrorist Susan Rosenberg's Picture From It.

Terrorist Susan Rosenberg (left) Was pardoned By President Clinton, And Continues Her Communist Activities As A Black Lives Matter Fundraiser.
The women of May 19th bombed the U.S. Capitol and plotted Henry Kissinger’s murder. But they’ve been long forgotten.

On the evening of November 7, 1983, a call came into the U.S. Capitol switchboard. “Listen carefully, I’m only going to tell you this one time,” the caller said. “There is a bomb in the Capitol building. It will go off in five minutes. Evacuate the building.” Then the caller hung up.

At 10:58 p.m., a blast went off on the second floor of the structure’s north wing. The explosion blew doors off their hinges, shattered chandeliers and sent a shower of pulverized glass, brick and plaster into the Republican cloakroom. The shock wave from the explosion sounded like a sonic boom. A jogger outside on the Capitol grounds heard the blast: “It was loud enough to make my ears hurt. It kept echoing and echoing—boom, boom.” According to one estimate, the bomb caused $1 million in damage.

Later, National Public Radio received a message from a group calling itself the Armed Resistance Unit: “Tonight we bombed the U.S. Capitol.” Nobody was killed or injured in the attack, but the ARU made clear that it had contemplated lethal action: “We purposely aimed our attack at the institutions of imperialist rule rather than at individual members of the ruling class and government. We did not choose to kill any of them at this time. But their lives are not sacred and their hands are stained with the blood of millions.”

Officials examine the blown-out windows at the Capitol Building following the 1983 bombing.

The ARU was a nom de guerre for the May 19th Communist Organization, a group of self-described “revolutionary anti-imperialists” formed in the late 1970s to support armed struggles in southern Africa, the Middle East, Central America, Puerto Rico—and inside the American mainland. Although several hundred people were part of May 19th front groups (such as the John Brown Anti-Klan Committee, an early incarnation of what we now call the antifa movement, and the Madame Binh Graphics Collective, which produced revolutionary-themed silkscreens), the group’s inner circle contained fewer than a dozen people.

The group was also the first American terrorist group entirely organized and led by women. Women picked the targets, made the bombs and implanted the devices. It was a new sisterhood of the bomb and the gun. “We lived in a country that loved violence,” one member said. “We had to meet it on its own terms.”

The Weather Underground Organization—among the most notorious U.S. terrorist formations of the 1970s—has been the subject of documentaries, memoirs and countless academic studies. But May 19th is long forgotten. This is remarkable given the group’s string of violent and spectacular operations from 1979 to 1985: armed robberies that led to the murder of police officers and security guards, audacious prison breakouts and a bombing campaign that in addition to the U.S. Capitol targeted government buildings in Washington and New York.

May 19th—along with the Weather Underground, the Black Liberation Army, the Armed Forces of National Liberation (Fuerzas Armadas de Liberación Nacional, or FALN), and the tiny and cultish Symbionese Liberation Army, or SLA—is also a reminder that today’s political chaos is nothing like we’ve seen in the past. The 1970s and 80s were a time of political derangement and violent upheaval, and May 19th was in the thick of it.

To Discuss Truth and Misinformation, PBS Touts the Wisdom of... DAN RATHER??

On Sunday night's PBS NewsHour Weekend, they bizarrely decided to discuss the "truth" and misinformation with... disgraced CBS News anchor/fake news purveyor Dan Rather, selling his old book What Unites Us that came out in 2017 (even the paperback is from 2019). His fraudulent smears of George W. Bush in 2004 never came up. Stephen L. Miller offered the mind-boggled conservative response to this:

As Miller ably summarized below that tweet:
Perhaps if gatekeeping media cares to lecture those who have rejected them for their own Facebook groups and newsfeeds, they can start by forever jettisoning people like Dan Rather who are to blame for it.

Corporate media rehabs Dan Rather, Brian Williams and promotes people like Joy Reid and then collectively wonders how we all got to this point. Physician, heal thyself.
Instead, for more than six minutes, PBS weekend anchor Hari Sreenivasan treated Rather as a social-media sage and misinformation scold:

SREENIVASAN: As you've been pointing out for years now on social media platforms, through your Facebook page, to your Twitter feed, so much of this comes from the lack of our ability to discern fact from falsehood. It just boggles my mind that we live in this ecosystem where the truth that we kind of took for granted is hard to come by.

DAN RATHER: Well, I think it boggles everybody's mind, including my own, because we're still on the edge of this whole new world of social media, the internet, the internet's great possibilities for good, such as educating and giving truthful information. But on the other hand, the dark side, which you're pointing out so well, which has to concern us all, that misinformation, outright lies, propaganda, all of this gets loose on the internet.

Proof Dan Rather's "Scoop" Was Typed On A Modern Computer. He Is A Dishonest Liar.

Somehow, Dan putting out phony Texas Air National Guard documents alleging George W. Bush was some kind of draft-dodger doesn't disqualify him from being the Sunday minister on the topic of falsehood! As Dan says, being able to avoid wishful thinking (and reporting) is part of being...

Joe’s Biden’s Love of the Big Lie

Demonizing those who voted against him. Silent as speech is crushed. Does he really sound like someone secure in having won a legitimate victory?

It’s odd to be called a Nazi when you’re the one forced to wear the star.

The last few days have been quite bizarre. The Charlottesville Lie on Steroids.

The Charlottesville Lie

You remember the Charlottesville Lie. After the riots there in 2017, President Trump called Nazis and White Nationalists “very fine people.” Except he did no such thing. In fact, he did the opposite. He expressly condemned them and specifically excluded them by name from his remarks.

Unlike Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. They have long refused to condemn Antifa and BLM Inc., by name, regardless of the destruction, how many federal buildings are burned, or police stations torched with cops locked inside.

And yet the media and their Democratic co-conspirators reported the lie, repeated the lie, turned the lie into cultural gospel. Even as folks like PragerU exposed the lie, still they kept it up. See, “Trump Loves Nazis” was a “narrative.” And narrative trumps truth. “Snake News,” I like to say. It produces “misinformation deliberately designed to deceive, distort or destroy.” That’s how a Trump-hating anti-semite could shoot up a synagogue and Trump could get blamed.

Do you know who kicked off his campaign, and spent his campaign, including his convention speech repeating the Charlottesville Lie? Joe Biden. About the most heinous lie you can say about somebody — you support Nazis — and he did it. Knowing it was a lie. And what is Mr. “I will be the president of all Americans” Unity doing now?

Doing it again. Times Ten.

Biden’s Vicious Slur

Joe Biden is now comparing Senators Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley to Nazis — for doing their constitutionally prescribed duty of challenging electors. That’s it. For doing the exact same thing Democrats have done every time this century a Republican has been elected. Including four years ago.

Biden is using the loaded Nazi term “The Big Lie” to describe the charge that the 2020 election was rigged. (While fighting tooth and nail all efforts to show it wasn’t.) Rather than follow Trump’s lead to calm tensions and get about the business of the American people, he is implying Trump and his 75 million voters are Nazis and white nationalists and racists and insurrectionists.

“The Big Lie” here is not questioning the veracity of the election results. There are irregularities a mile deep and unanswered questions a mile high. Trump, Cruz, Hawley — and I guarantee a vast majority of Trump voters — are simply saying, “Have proper forensic audits and signature checks, take seriously the sworn testimony of witnesses, assure us it is all legit.” Give the election the same treatment that a questionable call or a touchdown in the final two minutes gets in the NFL.

And this is compared to “The Big Lie” that the Jews were responsible for Germany’s post-World War One problems?

The Capitol Lie

No, “The Capitol Lie” — I don’t want to say “Big Lie” out of respect —is an echo of the Charlottesville Lie. That Trump called for an insurrection and is personally responsible for what happened. Never mind that he called for a “peaceful and patriotic” protest. (Compare that to CHAZ declaring itself an independent country with...

Silicon Valley Insiders Seek Employment With Gab As “Internal Civil War” Rages In Big Tech

Gab is emerging as the home of free speech online.

Gab CEO Andrew Torba revealed that Big Tech insiders are seeking employment with the free speech platform, sickened by Silicon Valley’s monopoly and authoritarian practices.

What Torba calls an “internal civil war” over the slightest resemblance of internet freedom is raging in Silicon Valley, with even the most moderate company officials supportive of free expression being bullied and shut down by tech oligarchs.

“I cannot tell you how many people… If you only knew what was inside my inbox right now. There are so many people- including senior level inside of Silicon Valley firms who are reaching out to me looking for a job right now. And I’m hearing chatter from inside of these companies from some of my sources that it’s an internal civil war.”

Torba was speaking in a Sunday livestream, breaking down the ramifications of a Big Tech exodus that has followed Twitter and Facebook’s suspension of Donald Trump’s social media accounts. View the free speech pioneer’s full remarks here.

Gab has received a buff in traffic of up to 750% in the wake of the most wide-ranging Big Tech censorship purge yet- with alt-tech competitor Parler being swiftly deplatformed by Amazon’s oligarch-owned web service provider. Gab’s self-owned server structure is entirely...

Ex-Capitol Police Chief Says Pelosi, McConnell’s Sergeants-At-Arms Refused Security Measures While New Timeline Proves ‘Trump Incitement’ Claims Bogus.

The Washington Post has reported that the outgoing Capitol Police Chief, Steve Sund, believes his efforts to secure the premises were undermined by a lack of concern from House and Senate security officials who answer directly to Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate leader Mitch McConnell. The National Pulse can also report the Washington Post’s timeline proves it was impossible for Trump speech attendees to have made it to the Capitol in time for the breach.

In addition to the fact that Trump openly called for the “cheering on” of Congressman, and “peaceful” protests, the timeline as established from numerous, establishment media reports simply doesn’t stack up.

The admission that House and Senate security leaders failed to provide Capitol Police with resources on the day will raise questions over their role in the day’s events.

WaPo reported late Sunday night:

Two days before Congress was set to formalize President-elect Joe Biden’s victory, Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund was growing increasingly worried about the size of the pro-Trump crowds expected to stream into Washington in protest.

To be on the safe side, Sund asked House and Senate security officials for permission to request that the D.C. National Guard be placed on standby in case he needed quick backup.

But, Sund said Sunday, they turned him down.

In his first interview since pro-Trump rioters stormed the U.S. Capitol last week, Sund, who has since resigned his post, said his supervisors were reluctant to take formal steps to put the Guard on call even as police intelligence suggested that the crowd President Trump had invited to Washington to protest his defeat probably would be much larger than earlier demonstrations.

House Sergeant at Arms Paul Irving said he wasn’t comfortable with the “optics” of formally declaring an emergency ahead of the demonstration, Sund said. Meanwhile, Senate Sergeant at Arms Michael Stenger suggested that Sund should informally seek out his Guard contacts, asking them to “lean forward” and be on alert in...
