On Jan. 22, Kentucky State troopers arrested Manuel Gonzalez, 44, after he reportedly raped a 9-year-old girl a few weeks ago. The accused lives next door to the victim’s family in a Bourbon County trailer park.Though the girl immediately told her mother about the sexual assault, no medical attention for the girl was sought, nor were police notified of the crime.
