I would debate that. Your right to speak is limited by my disinterest in listening. Orwell was a socialist, so he wasn't interested in my rights, and he had his own ideas on what speech should be limited. Take his words of wisdom with a very large skeptical grain of salt.
Animal Farm was written not to discredit socialism or communism, merely targeting Stalin's form of it. They always suggest that it just hasn't been done correctly, yet. Watch these things closely, and who you quote, and what that really means.
