What is needed, after the reset, is to amend the 1st Amendment to the Constitution to the extent that "Congress, the federal bureaucracy, the Courts and the President shall make no law, interpretation, regulation or executive order, at any time, for any reason, that violates any section of the Constitution or any of its Amendments".
You shouldn't have to say that. The plain language of the constitution is already self evident. What is missing from the constitution are penalties for individual office holders who violate it.
