Liz Cheney, daughter of Dick, was one of ten GOP House members to vote “yes” on President Donald Trump’s unprecedented second impeachment. Then when some were calling on Cheney to resign over her disgraceful vote, Dan Crenshaw, who voted against impeachment, quickly came to her defense and announced his “full support” for her.
“Let’s get some truth on the record: @Liz_Cheney has a hell of a lot more backbone than most, & is a principled leader with a fierce intellect,” Crenshaw tweeted Wednesday afternoon. “She will continue to be a much needed leader in the conference, with my full support.”
“We can disagree without tearing each other apart,” he added.

Seeing as how I live in Texas....I tried to get a-hold of crenshaw......can't find his phone number, he won't take emails unless you live in his district. I had high hopes for this boy.....now he just needs a whooping out behind the gym.....oh wait I suppose only demoncratscan use that metaphor.
The speed of the House vote really surprised me. I intended to send an email to my congressman about not coming to ask for votes if he said ‘yes’. When I checked up, he was a nay.
I wish I had the chance to vote against Crenshaw, though. He was a squish early in his first term with gun control. If the Democrats quit running such wildly left candidates, they could pick up seats like Crenshaw’s. I guess they don’t have anyone sane still calling shots. They all want to be Chairman Mao or Uncle Ho.
Is it Auntie Ho now?
Tried to email ninety proof Nan and was told I'm not a constituent of hers . If she can effect my life , she should have to answer my concerns.
The more I learn about Crenshaw the less I am impressed with him. Texas needs better.
But but but he had a sensational campaign ad. He's gotta be legit.
Unfortunately he has been turned by their system because he wants to stay there. vote his and the ones he supported out in two years.
If Crenshaw is right that we can disagree without tearing ourselves apart, he needs to convince Cheney, because she ought to be able to disagree with Trump without voting for impeachment ... the voting for impeachment is what is tearing us apart. It'll be a long time before I'll ever support Republicans again, in any way shape or form. They've been mostly useless at stopping Democratic overreach. Bettter to let the Democrats really screw up the country like they do to major US cities. Then PURGE them.
