That monster movie scene is War of the Gargantuas (1966) and the girl is Kipp Hamilton. Saw it in it's original theatrical release as a kid. Must have made an impression on me because I know it at a glance. It also starred Russ Tamblyn - Amber Tamblyn's dad. I think I might be getting old.
Have yet to understand what people find sexy about twerking. Looks silly to me. Ahh, to each their own.
