At this point, technically, neither. They have been given their chance, women and minorities. The game is over. So, either enforced equity or natural selection will rule the day. And, either way, it will seem to be required to be at the end of a gun. The decision you have, really, and I... is which side of the gun to be on. They have proven to not be able to be equal. So either they are forced in, or forced out. Amen.
