I have some on hand. I didn't watch all of it, but some added advice? You are most likely low on vitamin D, and zinc. For that to act fully, get on vitamin D (and what it takes to get that to stay in your system), plus zinc. If they are water or fat soluble, consume with fats or water. I am not on it on a routine basis, but have had covid so have resistance. Further, the other strains (to those who have natural resistance from having had it) are less toxic. It seems only more toxic to those who have taken the vax. Until they release a more toxic form they have invented. I don't believe the release(s) were accidental.
Still, there may be some strain I am not as well resistant. At which time I will take the stuff. As well, I am keeping up on v D and zinc. Some say vitamin C, too. But what is offered as v. C isn't... vitamin C. Just read the bottles. I haven't found a vitamin C that says vitamin C in the ingredients. I'd eat mini-greens, or some such, for that. Still investigating that part, sort of lost track...

To bolster my immune system I consume daily 6000mg of Vitamin C(it says as ascorbic acid on the back), 50 mg of zinc(as OptiZinc), 200mcg of selenium, 15-20,000 units of D3 and 252 mg of white peony extract. Among a number of other supplements & vitamins. Combined with an hour/day of vigorous CV & weights 4x/week.
The homeless seemed not to be affected by the virus. So I went to kroger and got two of those large Kotex boxes and set up a shack in my backyard to live in. Not one sick day yet.
