Gun Owners of America (GOA) secured a temporary restraining order Wednesday against New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham’s (D) ban on concealed carry.
GOA announced the decision via X:
Breitbart News reported that GOA filed their lawsuit in a U.S. District Court against Grisham’s order on Sunday, two days after the ban was announced.

What is most troubling about all of this is that this c*nt thought, honestly thought, she could do this.
This was a move made to (1) test the limits of the courts and (2) start to normalize the idea of suspending constitutional rights for the sake of an "emergency".
I'm on the same page as clayusmcret.. I tend to think it was a trial ballon to see what kind of pushback would happen and from whom. It will be interesting to see what kind of Party support there will be for the NM AG and the County Sheriff in the next election.

Darn right. This is more of conservatives 'winning'. A true slap down would be her sitting in jail awaiting the impeachment.
