Nobody needs their gender "affirmed", the entire concept is just absurd. But because of this unusually cruel doctrine of leftism along with many millions of dollars, much of the medical and psychological establishment, aided by many in what passes for the field of education these days, are abusing and physically mutilating thousands of innocent confused children.
Instead of receiving the care they so obviously need, the lives of thousands of little kids, more every day, are being absolutely ruined. Some are started down this insane path without the knowledge of their parents, but the absolute worst cases involving the surgical mutilation of their bodies, happen with their full participation. The entire process is criminal. Anyone and everyone involved in the utter lie that is the "transitioning" of a child belongs in prison.
