The video of James being arrested is at times garbled. Not mentioned is if there were prior incidents, if he was told to cease whatever he was doing.
Conclusion: relying on this video is like going off half cocked.
Fair is fair. Too much unknown.
#8 every piece of mail I receive from the fedgov has 2 to 2½ pages solely to list the over twenty languages plus interpreters if needed.
That's taxpayer monies spent on what I consider obscenely wasteful.
Of those murders at Ft Bragg, I would not be surprised if D' Shawn, Laquesha, or D' liquent were involved.
