Hillary Voters Attack Homeless Black Woman For Supporting Trump

Top 7 Charges Hillary Clinton Could Face While President

What scandals might the American people find themselves dealing with in Hillary Clinton’s Administration if she slides into the presidential home plate, trailing a cloud of controversy?

Let us be honest about who suffers from presidential misbehavior—it’s the American people who pay the price, including the literal price of the expensive investigations. The odds of justice actually catching up with Hillary Clinton dwindle to almost zero if she gains the White House. She might have to sacrifice an aide here and there, but if the political system of 1998 couldn’t remove her husband from office for blatant perjury, it’s hard to imagine what could possibly bring The First Woman President down in the even more corrupt and confused political system of 2017.

That being said, here are a few lingering legal headaches Clinton could face:
1. Perjury: Why not start with a blast from the Clinton past? Hillary Clinton signed documents testifying that she turned over all work-related emails to the State Department, on orders from a federal judge, under penalty of perjury. We already have indisputable proof she violated this sworn statement… thousands of times.
The cloud of false statements under oath surrounding Hillary Clinton is thousands of times thicker than the one around Bill. Democrats seem to have found a hidden clause in the Constitution that says Clintons can never be prosecuted for perjury, but Madame Secretary is really stress-testing that particular privilege of Clintonhood. One would think the federal judiciary had some interest in establishing that sworn documents must be taken seriously.

2. Obstruction of Justice: Bill Clinton’s primary motive for committing perjury was to obstruct justice—it was the second count in...

DOJ has been trying for months to shut down FBI probe of Clinton Foundation

This sounds very much like an X-Files episode, except that I doubt the Cigarette Smoking Man, the Well Manicured Man, the Elder or even the aliens themselves are as corrupt as the Clintons. Whoever our real-life Mulder and Scully might be in this case (and it’s surely a lot more than two agents), the task of looking into the Clinton Foundation’s dirty dealings is getting one hell of a lot of resistance from the Justice Department, which wants the whole thing to stop immediately.

I’ll give you three guesses as to why, and the first two don’t count. Excellent reporting here by Devlin Barrett of the Wall Street Journal:

Early this year, four FBI field offices—New York, Los Angeles, Washington and Little Rock, Ark.—were collecting information about the Clinton Foundation to see if there was evidence of financial crimes or influence-peddling, according to people familiar with the matter.

Los Angeles agents had picked up information about the Clinton Foundation from an unrelated public-corruption case and had issued some subpoenas for...

FBI Investigation Into Bribery With Clinton Foundation Spans Nation, Multiple Field Offices, Says WSJ

FBI investigators from across the country have been following leads into reports of bribery involving the Clinton Foundation. Multiple field offices have been involved in the investigation.

A report in Sunday’s Wall Street Journal (WSJ) by Devlin Barrett revealed that agents assigned to the New York field office have been carrying the bulk of the work in investigating the Clinton Foundation. They have received assistance from the FBI field office in Little Rock according to “people familiar with the matter, the WSJ reported. Other offices, including Los Angeles and Washington, D.C., have been collecting evidence regarding “financial crimes or influence-peddling.”

As far back as February 2016, FBI agents made the presentation to the Department of Justice (DOJ), the WSJ’s sources stated. “The meeting didn’t go well,” they wrote. While some sources said the FBI’s evidence was not strong enough, others believed the DOJ had no intention of going any further from the start. Barrett wrote that the DOJ officials were “stern, icy and dismissive of the case.”

Barrett wrote, “‘That was one of the weirdest meetings I’ve ever been to,’ one participant told others afterward, according to people familiar with the matter.”

It appears there was a rift between the FBI and the DOJ about how to...

Breaking: Former Clinton Pollster Doug Schoen Withdraws Support for Hillary Over Renewed FBI Investigation

Democrat pollster Doug Schoen, who advised President Bill’s Clinton’s 1996 reelection campaign and worked on Hillary Clinton’s failed 2008 presidential bid, has withdrawn his endorsement of Hillary Clinton for the presidency following the renewal of the FBI investigation into Clinton and her her top aide Huma Abedin. Schoen said he fears a constitutional crisis should Clinton be elected and sworn into office while under investigation

Schoen made the announcement on the Fox News Channel Sunday night where he is a contributor. Video of the announcement was posted to Twitter.

Shoen, “”I’ve been a supporter of Secretary Clinton.”

Host Harris Faulkner, “We all know, yeah!”

Schoen, “You do know. But, and the but is a big deal, at least to me. Given that this investigation is gonna go on for many months after the election.”

Faulkner, “No matter who wins.”

Schoen, “No matter who wins. But if the secretary of State (Clinton) wins we will have a president under criminal investigation with Huma Abedin under investigation, the secretary of State–the president-elect–should she win under investigation. Harris, under these circumstances I am actively reassessing my support. I’m not a Trump…”

Faulkner, “Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, wait a minute. You’re not gonna vote for Hillary Clinton?”

Schoen, “Harris, I’m deeply concerned that...

‘Process has begun’: FBI scouring 650k emails on Clinton aide husband’s laptop in reopened case

The FBI has reportedly obtained a warrant to dig through hundreds of thousands of newly-discovered emails allegedly related to a private server used by Hillary Clinton. It’s unclear if the renewed probe will achieve any results before US Election Day.

The search warrant allows the bureau to scour through some 650,000 emails discovered on a laptop belonging to ex-Congressman Anthony Weiner and apparently also used by his wife, Clinton’s closest aide Huma Abedin. The probe is set to check if any of the texts are related to the reopened investigation of the former secretary of state’s private email use.

The authorization came two days after FBI Director James Comey finally revealed the existence of the emails stash which was reportedly discovered by the agency in early October.

“The process has begun,” a federal law enforcement official told the New York Times.

The new emails were discovered as part of a separate ‘sexting’ probe into former Representative Anthony Weiner (D-New York). His electronic devices were seized during that investigation.

Abedin claims she has no knowledge of...

New Clinton Probe Proves Early Voting Is Bad For America

In today’s media age, three weeks is a lifetime. Can anybody truly claim that those who voted in early October possessed all the facts they needed to make a truly informed decision?

Eleven days before the presidential election, the FBI reopened its investigation into Hillary Clinton’s handling of confidential emails. New information has come to light through a probe into former congressman Anthony Weiner’s sexting relationship with a 15-year-old girl.

The case against Clinton, which the FBI had effectively closed months ago (much to the chagrin of conservative critics), is suddenly alive again. It is sure to sway votes in the upcoming election—except for those votes cast before this new revelation.

Luckily for Clinton, millions of Americans cast their ballots before the FBI decided that maybe it wasn’t case closed, after all. Those votes are already in the bank. This is not the first time a presidential election has been rocked by an October surprise, but it is the first time in the era of widespread and excessive early voting.

The supposed value of giving voters several weeks in which to cast their ballot is that otherwise they might not have the chance to vote. But in today’s...
