AG Bill Barr LAYS DOWN THE LAW, Claims Citizenship Question on 2020 Census is Legal
Barr has declared that the Trump administration will put the question of citizenship on the 2020 census.
Attorney General William Barr said on Monday that the Trump administration can add the citizenship question to the census for 2020 and will be proceeding as such, despite the Supreme Court ruling last month.
“I agree with him that the Supreme Court decision was wrong,” Barr said in an interview with the Associated Press.
He added that there is “an opportunity potentially to cure the lack of clarity that was the problem and we might as well take a shot at doing that.”
Last month’s SCOTUS ruling was primarily centered around the administration’s justification of adding the citizenship to the census, which was to properly enforce the Voting Rights Act. Chief Justice John Roberts joined the liberal court members in saying their rationale “seems to have been contrived.”
Barr will be tasked in coming up with a new reasoning to add citizenship to the census, and the Justice Department has shaken up their legal team to ready themselves for...

In Florida, Democratic representative Frederica Wilson says people should be prosecuted for making fun of members of Congress online. I will tread lightly in fear of retribution from my representative class; I'm not interested in getting the Andy Ngo treatment from Democratic goon squads, whether couched as Antifa or Bill Mueller's fair and impartial staff of headhunters.

Persecuted In The UK: Tommy Robinson to Request Emergency Political Asylum in the United States
Activist who faces jail for contempt of court says his life is at risk.
Tommy Robinson is set to ask President Donald Trump to give him emergency political asylum in the United States.
Last week, the activist was found in contempt of court over a Facebook Live broadcast of defendants in a criminal trial. Robinson and his supporters claim he was merely engaging in journalism in covering a sexual grooming gang case at Leeds Crown Court in May 2018.
Robinson now faces a maximum penalty of two years in jail.
However, he is set to ask for emergency political asylum in America over fears his life is at risk. Robinson told the BBC he was convicted “for who I am, not what I have done”.
Robinson is set to appear on both the Alex Jones Show today and Tucker Carlson’s Fox News show at some point this week to make the asylum request.
The United States Refugee Act of 1980, which is consistent with the United Nations’ 1967 Protocol on Refugees, provides for the resettlement of persons subject to persecution in their homelands and includes cases where persons are likely to face persecution for their “political opinion”.

New Book on Kavanaugh Confirmation Holds Troubling Allegations Against Christine Blasey Ford
A forthcoming book on Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation to the Supreme Court relays incendiary allegations about Christine Blasey Ford, excerpts obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation show.
In “Justice on Trial” authors Mollie Hemingway and Carrie Severino say unnamed peers accused Ford of drinking to excess and accosting boys with some regularity as a student at the Holton-Arms School, a contrast with press accounts that cast her as innocent and naive during that period.
Ford accused Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her during a 1982 house party in suburban Maryland when they were high school students.
“Female classmates and friends at area schools recalled a heavy drinker who was much more aggressive with boys than they were,” Hemingway and Severino write of Ford. “‘If she only had one beer’ on the night of the alleged assault, a high school friend said, ‘then it must have been early in the evening.’ Her contemporaries all reported the same nickname for Ford, a riff on her maiden name and a sexual act.”
“They also debated whether her behavior in high school could be attributed to the trauma of a sexual assault,” the authors added. “If it could, one of them said, then the assault must have happened in seventh grade.”
The anonymous sources who shared those accounts were reluctant to come forward because “hostility to Kavanaugh made them fear for their livelihood if their names were attached to the stories,” the authors wrote.
Holton-Arms yearbooks the authors obtained provide a contemporaneous narrative about the school’s social scene. Like Kavanaugh’s own yearbooks from Georgetown Preparatory School, the Holton-Arms annual is replete with sexual innuendo and explicit references to underaged binge drinking, among other debauched themes.
“The pages that follow contain references to ‘Playboy Bunnies’ and things that are ‘X-rated’ as well as pictures of beer and rum,” Hemingway and Severino write of the 1982 yearbook. “The same volume boasts a cavalcade of off-color jokes about ‘furburgers vs. Cheeseballs,’ ‘6 Caucasian females, one Caucasian male,’ and ‘Halloween-whores,’ as well as a lewd...

As you may know, serial underage sexual abuser and billionaire financier Jeffrey Epstein was arrested again on Saturday for the same ol’ thing: Underage sex trafficking between 2002 and 2005.
As reported by the Washington Examiner:
Billionaire Jeffrey Epstein has been arrested for allegedly sex trafficking minors in Florida and New York from 2002 to 2005.
The 66-year-old registered sex offender faces an indictment in which he will be charged on one count of sex trafficking minors and another for conspiracy to engage in sex trafficking of minors.
Epstein was busted for this very same thing earlier in the 2000s, and about a decade ago reached a plea agreement with federal prosecutors, including our current Labor secretary, Alexander Acosta. Epstein pleaded guilty to the charges but only served 13 months in prison rather than as many as 10 years considering that of his many victims, some were believed to have been as young as 14.
Why would any prosecutor agree to that? In fact, why would then-FBI Director Robert Mueller, who recently completed a probe into alleged “Trump-Russia collusion” that didn’t exist, let a predator like Epstein off so lightly?
As The Gateway Pundit reports, Mueller wasn’t just head of the FBI at the time, he was actually involved in Epstein’s case, which was run out of Washington, D.C.
In fact, according to some digging by Internet sleuth and lawyer who goes by “Techno Fog” on Twitter, Epstein may have been an FBI informant…for Mueller.
Here's the thing: I'm seeing nothing in Epstein's 2007 plea deal with the DOJ that required him to provide information to the FBI. (see pics)
This begs the question of whether there was a separate agreement - still undisclosed - with the FBI.
