TRUMP RIDS MAJOR U.S. CONTAINER PORT OF CHINESE COMMUNIST CONTROL
Under a long-term deal sealed by the Obama administration, a Chinese Communist company was set to control the second-busiest container port in the United States. In an unreported Trump administration victory, the Communists are out after a drawn-out national security review forced a unit of China-based COSCO Shipping Holdings Co. (Orient Overseas Container Line—OOCL) to sell the cherished container terminal business, which handles among the largest freight of imports into the U.S.
It all started with a 40-year container terminal lease between the Port of Long Beach in southern California and Hong Kong. The Obama administration proudly signed the agreement in 2012 giving China control of America’s second-largest container port behind the nearby Port of Los Angeles. One of the Trump administration’s first big moves was to get the Communists out of the Port of Long Beach. After a national security review and federal intervention, the Long Beach terminal business, which handles millions of containers annually, is finally being sold to an Australian company called Macquarie Infrastructure Partners. That essentially kills China’s decades-long contract with the Obama administration.
The deal never should have been signed in the first place considering the facility’s size, significance and the national security issues associated with a hostile foreign government controlling it. The southern California port is the premier U.S. gateway for trans-Pacific trade, according to its website, and handles trade valued at more than $194 billion annually. It is one of the few ports that can accommodate the world’s largest vessels and serves 140 shipping lines with connections to 217 seaports around the world. The facility encompasses 3,200 acres with 31 miles of waterfront, 10 piers, 62 berths and 68 post-Panamax gantry cranes. In 2018, the Long Beach port handled more than 8 million container units, achieving the busiest year in its history.
Removing Chinese Communists from this essential port is a tremendous feat and a huge victory for U.S. national security. You’d never know it because the media, consumed with the impeachment debacle, has ignored this important achievement. The only coverage of the finalized transfer is found in Long Beach’s local newspaper, which published a brief article omitting important background information on the Trump administration’s work to take back the terminal from the Communists. The story makes it seem like a regular business transaction in which “a Chinese state-owned company, reached a deal to sell the terminal, one of the busiest in the port, for $1.78 billion.” The piece also quotes the Port of Long Beach’s deputy executive director saying that the transaction process was intricate and involved one of “our most valuable port assets.” Buried at the bottom of the article is a sentence mentioning that the U.S. government, which regulates mergers for antitrust and security reasons, stepped in and required COSCO to sell its rights to the container terminal.

REPORT: DNC Colluded With Ukraine In An Effort To Boost Clinton, Harm Trump
According to Politico, Alexandra Chalupa was the Democratic operative who connected the Democratic National Committee with the Ukrainian government. Chalupa “who had worked in the White House Office of Public Liaison during the Clinton administration” and then “went on to work as a staffer, then as a consultant, for Democratic National Committee,” Politico said.
Chalupa worked with the Ukrainian embassy located in the United States and was the one who raised concerns about Paul Manafort. She admitted that the Ukrainian Embassy worked, “directly with reporters researching Trump, Manafort and Russia to point them in the right directions.”
Andrii Telizhenko, the Ukrainian political officer at the time, said that the Ukrainians “were coordinating an investigation with the Hillary team on Paul Manafort with Alexandra Chalupa” and that “the embassy worked very closely with” Chalupa.
An email released by Wikileaks highlights the Chalupa's connection to Ukraine. The following email was between Chalupa and Louise Miranda with the DNC:
Hey, a lot coming down the pipe. I spoke to a delegation of 68 investigative journalists from Ukraine last night at the Library of Congress, the Open World Society forum. They put me on the program to speak specifically about Paul Manafort. I invited Michael Isikoff, who I’ve been working with for the past few weeks, and connected him to the Ukrainians. More offline tomorrow, since there was a big Trump component you and Lauren need to be aware of that will hit in the next few weeks. Something I’m working on that you should be aware of.
The audio footage released by The Blaze reveals Sytnyk admitting that he was working to boost the Clinton campaign by attacking the Trump campaign. He also admitted that Trump would be better for America so they needed to install Hillary Clinton in office.

Sytnyk: He was imprisoned. Manafort then was the head of the Supreme Headquarter of Trump, right? Then he was dismissed, too, including due to the “black accounting.” After that, he was sentenced to 80 years of imprisonment term. How about Trump? Did he not give a s***. They have their system working there and it works smoothly.

If it were not the FBI, he would not have won the elections. They torpedoed Hillary’s ratings for 7 percent.

Reactions to Journalists Tweet Reveal the Ignorant Brutality of Young Socialists and Communists
An eye-opening social experiment unfolded on my Twitter feed over the past several days that reveals a lot about America’s new brand of young communists and socialists.
Not to bury the lede: Yes, they are still as repugnantly brutal as their predecessors in St. Petersburg and Phnom Penh—but today they add ignorance and infantilism to the toxic mix.
In other words, it is their professors who are to be blamed. Our young socialists are simply the puppies that Napoleon took away in the beginning of George Orwell’s novella “Animal Farm” and then unleashed on Snowball later on in the book.
Our beef is with today’s Napoleon—that is, the former 1960s radicals who have taken over America’s faculties and indoctrinated America’s youth.
Platforms such as Tumblr and Twitter have amplified the problem by becoming breeding grounds where misinformation and socialist propaganda flourish. Far from keeping to their own dark corners of the internet, the young Marxists also have learned how to weaponize their collective power to bully and harass users who dare disagree.
Here’s what happened. On Oct. 1, the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, that is, the day communist rule was formalized over the planet’s most populous country, I sent out this tweet:
At first, I got supportive retweets. Some were from friends who have suffered personally from Marxism and lived to tell about it. One was from Rose Tang, a brave journalist who survived Tiananmen Square and whom I met in Hong Kong in the ’90s. Others were Cuban Americans and Russian Americans. They cover the political gamut. Rose can’t stand President Donald Trump, others like him.
Then something began happening that initially left me puzzled and bemused—then a little bit sad when I realized what it meant about some members of our present generation of youth.
Thousands—no exaggeration, thousands—of retweets and mentions began to pour in from young socialists and communists celebrating the murdering of landlords, bemoaning that a good bullet was wasted when rocks abounded, and even some telling me I was next.

My notifications began to blow up with these chilling messages throughout the day—and it hasn’t stopped yet. Just when I think the users have finished, a new cycle will pick up in the middle of the night and continue through the early morning and afternoon. It’s from around the globe, too.

Michigan: All meat in Dearborn public schools is now halal
But it is not about that.
It is a means in which to impose Islam on the public square, the public school, the daily social fabric of our lives.
There may be any number of reasons why people don’t want halal meat. They may object to halal slaughter for humanitarian reasons. They may consider it to be meat sacrificed to idols, as discussed in the New Testament. They may object to the fact that many halal certification organizations have links to jihad terror groups. But we are not allowed to have any such concerns, either in the U.S. or in Australia. Several years ago, Pamela Geller and I met with USDA officials and presented a petition to them asking that they require that halal products be labeled as such, for the benefit of people who objected to halal food for humanitarian, religious, or other reasons. Ultimately the USDA never got back to us and ignored our petition. And the Dearborn public schools illustrate once again the never-failing principle: when in Muslim countries, one must conform one’s behavior to suit Muslim sensibilities. And in non-Muslim countries, one must conform one’s behavior to suit Muslim sensibilities.

Dearborn Public Schools is overhauling its school menu this year! Students are in for a more diverse menu, more options every day, more fresh produce, and more made-from-scratch meals.
Parents will see menus that are easier to find and understand – right down to being able to look up possible allergens and even carb counts online for every dish.
The changes come after the district hired Southwest Foodservice Excellence (SFE) to help oversee the food service program. The company has provided nutritionists and chefs to help transition the district to a program with a much more expansive and fresh from scratch menu, including training the District staff on how to cook these meals. In addition, SFE will help improve food service operational, procurement and financial tracking systems and reinforce nutritional and safety protocols. SFE works in 150 school districts around the country offering several employee management models. In Dearborn, District employees will continue to run and staff our kitchens, working in close partnership with SFE.
Students will see dramatic differences in this year’s menu, staring with more made from scratch meals, promised Joshua Bain, SFE senior general manager of food service.
“The district has been doing a lot of heat-and-eat because it was easy,” Bain said. Now, everything will be handmade, down to the sandwiches.
“We will actually spread peanut butter on bread,” Bain assured. More than 75 percent of SFE’s offerings are fresh-from-scratch.

Why The Deep State Is Terrified Of Trump Investigating Ukraine Angle...
The impeachment inquiry Democrats launched last month may ultimately hinge on a simple question: Did President Trump try to force a foreign power (or powers) to help him take down a political opponent, Joe Biden?
But the backdrop of their effort is far more complex and convoluted, connected not just to Trump’s phone call with the president of Ukraine and related evidence but the three-year war of attrition the Democrats have waged against the president. Their main instrument was the Trump-Russia collusion story that roiled the capital until Special Counsel Robert Mueller pronounced it unfounded. Now they have moved on to one or more "whistleblower" complaints from within the intelligence community.
Given all the focus on nefarious Russia, you could be forgiven for missing the fact that Ukraine was always at the center of the Trump-Russia affair.
Viewed in this light, the Trump-Ukraine quid pro quo bribery narrative must compete with another explanation: Trump's determination to get to the bottom of an underhanded years-long campaign arrayed against him. One of the first things he did after the Mueller report debunked the collusion narrative was to call the Ukranian president and ask him to help do just that.
The impeachment battle is not just about congressional probes and alleged presidential strong-arming, but about the Russiagate narrative. Anti-Trump forces in the government and media are working to vindicate their previous efforts and discredit a forthcoming Justice Department inquiry into the origins of Russiagate by again connecting Trump and a foreign power to a U.S. election.
I’ve covered the Trump-Russia story for three years. Even before these operations emerged publicly after Trump’s 2016 victory, I doubted the pre-election whisper campaign circulating throughout the Washington press corps that held Trump was clandestinely cooperating with Moscow.
First, the idea that Trump had for many years been a Russian ally, even an agent, was hard to believe given that there had been no mention of this during a long career lived entirely in the spotlight. I was especially skeptical of this claim because Trump’s business concerns were based largely in the most media-saturated city in the world, and because they involved industries – especially real estate and casinos – that attract the attention of legal authorities.
Second, candidate Trump’s proposed policies toward Russia were similar to those of the Obama administration – and would prove tougher after he was elected – making it hard to see how he was secretly beholden to Moscow.
I was not surprised when the special counsel concluded the story was false. Neither was it surprising, given the amount of money, time, and prestige spent on pushing collusion, to see Russiagate rebooted two weeks ago in the form of a whistleblower’s complaint.
So far the basic facts are these: An active, and unnamed, CIA officer alleged that Trump had sought information from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky regarding Biden’s involvement in a Ukrainian prosecution possibly involving his son Hunter. In exchange for information that, according to the CIA officer, would assist Trump’s 2020 re-election, the president would release military aid to Ukraine.
Although the details are different – no mention this time of hookers and golden showers – the whistleblower’s central claim closely resembles the thesis laid out in the anti-Trump dossier compiled by the former British intelligence officer Christopher Steele, which the FBI used as its roadmap to collusion: That Trump took or solicited dirt on his Democratic opponent from a foreign power in exchange for favors to that country’s government.
Once again, much of the media seem to be treating every allegation against Trump as probable fact, while dismissing any questions and concerns as conspiracy theories.
Although the whistleblower complaint seems to have emerged quickly, it must be viewed in context of the long war against Trump and its numerous elements tied to Ukraine.

Some Badly Needed Perspective on Trump and Ukraine
Rudy Giuliani may rant, but once again he’s right concerning the actions of President Trump. At a time when almost the entire media are conducting an exercise in groupthink, Rudy can devastate their argument in just a few sentences:
The fact is, the President of the United States has every right to ask countries to help us in a criminal investigation that should be undertaken … suppose the political opponent committed murder; what are we gonna do? He’s a political opponent, so you don’t investigate him? The fact is, this is not a political opponent; it didn’t start that way. … I started this investigation long before he was a candidate … solely for one single purpose: because I’m his defense lawyer, and it exonerates him. It shows there was a lot more collusion in Ukraine than in Russia and that Joe Biden materially assisted in getting some of that covered up.”And the alleged corruption goes back way before that — to the ‘80s and ‘90s, he said over the weekend to Howard Kurtz on FOX News’ Media Buzz. And when Kurtz pointed out, accurately, that many people are uncomfortable with the idea of the President’s personal lawyer doing this investigation instead of the government, Giuliani agreed that the government should be doing it — but that they’re not. And he knew how corrupt some of our own FBI officials were, he said, citing Andrew Weissmann.
“I didn’t go after Joe Biden,” Giuliani said. “They [the Ukrainians] handed it to me.” In fact, they were the ones who showed him the video we’ve all seen of Biden’s “confession” on stage during that 2018 meeting of the Council on Foreign Relations. (So that’s where that came from.)
Giuliani also rightly pointed out that if a Republican had bragged about withholding foreign aid to get someone fired who just happened to be investigating his son, the media would have gone insane — I assume that means more insane than they are now.
Media Ignores Sworn Affidavits Amid Its Meltdown
Notice that in just about every media report you’ll see, there’s an apparently obligatory statement about the accusations against Biden being unsubstantiated by any evidence. Not true, as we know, but that assertion will be included in the story. Never mind the three sworn affidavits that show Biden was, well, bribing foreign officials to fire an inconvenient person.
