Ninety miles from the South Eastern tip of the United States, Liberty has no stead. In order for Liberty to exist and thrive, Tyranny must be identified, recognized, confronted and extinguished.

Same As It Ever Was...
And you may find yourself living in a shotgun shack
And you may find yourself in another part of the world
And you may find yourself behind the wheel of a large automobile
And you may find yourself in a beautiful house, with a beautiful wife
And you may ask yourself, "Well... how did I get here?"
Letting the days go by, let the water hold me down
Letting the days go by, water flowing underground
Into the blue again after the money's gone
Once in a lifetime, water flowing underground
And you may ask yourself, "How do I work this?"
And you may ask yourself, "Where is that large automobile?"
And you may tell yourself, "This is not my beautiful house"
And you may tell yourself, "This is not my beautiful wife"
Letting the days go by, let the water hold me down
Letting the days go by, water flowing underground
Into the blue again after the money's gone
Once in a lifetime, water flowing underground
Same as it ever was, same as it ever was
Same as it ever was, same as it ever was
Same as it ever was, same as it ever was

‘I Do Not Want to Have a Vaccination’: NHS Doctor Tells UK Health Secretary
An NHS doctor told Health Secretary Sajid Javid on Friday that he’s not happy with the government’s Covid-19 vaccination mandate for health workers that is due to take effect in April.Health Secretary Sajid Javid (R) talks to consultant Steve James during a visit to Kings College Hospital in London on Jan. 7, 2022. The vaccination mandate has already come into effect for care home staff, volunteers, and visitors from Nov. 11. Parliament approved the mandate for frontline NHS workers on Dec. 14.
Steve James, a consultant anesthetist at the King’s College Hospital, told Javid that he doesn’t believe the science for mandating the vaccines is “strong enough” and the government should at least consider the nuance that some doctors have had antibodies through previous exposure to the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus—the virus that causes COVID-19.
“I’m not happy about that,” James told the health secretary after he asked an intensive care unit (ICU) their thoughts about the new rule to require CCP virus vaccination for NHS staff.
The unvaccinated doctor said he had had COVID-19 and had been working in COVID-19 ICU since the beginning of the pandemic.
“I’ve not had a vaccination. I do not want to have a vaccination,” James said, adding that one of his colleagues was in the same situation.
“The vaccines are reducing transmission only for eight weeks for [the] Delta [variant of the CCP virus]. With Omicron, it’s probably less. For that, I will be dismissed if I don’t have a vaccine? The science isn’t strong enough,” he told Javid.
The health secretary said he respects James’s view, adding, “but there’re also many different views.”
“Obviously, we have to weigh all that up—for both health and social care—and there will always be a debate about it,” Javid said.
James suggested Javid should reconsider the mandate, considering “Omicron and the changing picture,” or at least the “nuance” that doctors who had previous infections can be exempt because the “protection I’ve got from transmission is probably equivalent to someone who’s vaccinated.”
When Javid said his immunity “at some point … will wane as well,” James suggested that to maintain a high level of protection against transmission, every staff member would have to get a booster dose “every single month.”
Javid said the ministers “take the very best advice that we can from people that are vaccine experts.”
A new study published on Wednesday in the New England Journal of Medicine concluded that CCP virus vaccination was associated with a smaller reduction in transmission of the delta variant than of the alpha variant, and the effects of vaccination decreased over...

Pilot experiences side effects after flying immediately after COVID vaccine
This is an excerpt from a report made to the Aviation Safety Reporting System. The narrative is written by the pilot, rather than FAA or NTSB officials. To maintain anonymity, many details, such as aircraft model or airport, are often scrubbed from the reports.
I received the second dose of vaccine against SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID). The vaccine is highly safe and effective, but clinical data show that many people have minor side effects like fatigue, muscle pains, headache, and flu-like symptoms. The FAA requires a 48-hour waiting period after administration of this vaccine for that reason.
I had not reviewed the FAA circular.
I concluded that it would take longer than the flight I had planned for any potential side effects to develop, so I launched on a four-hour flight. Towards the end of this flight, I made an unscheduled fuel stop and started to develop a mild headache.
Recognizing that these might be symptoms related to the vaccination, I grounded myself.
Later that evening, I developed symptoms that were severe enough that they would have presented a safety issue, had I been operating an airplane.
I neglected to review the FAA circular in advance of this flight. A 48-hour delay after the vaccination would have...
Asian man, 61, who was repeatedly kicked in the head in NYC hate crime that left him in a coma dies eight months after the savage attack: Thug charged with attempted murder has been arrested 15 times
- Yao Pan Ma, 61, died on December 31, eight months after he was attacked by Jarrod Powell, 49
- Powell attacked Ma in April 2021, who was collecting cans in East Harlem, and stomped on him at least six times
- Ma taken to the hospital and was put into a medically induced coma. His death has now been ruled a homicide
- Powell is due back in court in February and has been charged with second-degree murder
An Asian father of two who was repeatedly kicked in the head during a hate crime attack, leaving him in a coma, has died eight months after the brutal beating by a homeless career criminal in crime-plagued New York City, the NYPD said.
The Big Apple reported nearly 474 hate crimes through November of last year - a 96 percent increase from 2020 during the same time frame when there were 242 such attacks.
Out of the 474 hate crimes, 127 attacks were against Asians - a nearly five-fold increase from the 28 attacks against Asians in 2020.
Ma was collecting cans in April 2021 in East Harlem when Jarrod Powell, 49, attacked him and stomped on his head at least six times, leaving Ma in a coma
His death has been ruled a homicide.
Powell was taken into custody at Ward's Island men's homeless shelter just days after the attack in April and was initially charged with second-degree murder and two counts of assault.
He was arrested after another resident at the shelter recognized him.
His charges have not been upgraded with the homicide charge, police said.
He is due back in court on February 10.
Ma, a Chinese immigrant, was left in critical condition and placed in a medically induced coma after his head was stomped at least six times while he was collecting cans.
'When I saw him in the hospital…his face, I cried. I still cry,' his wife Baozhen Chen said in April. 'I hope he wakes up and talks to me and gets better and comes home. It's really hard to believe.'
Police sources also said at the time that Ma suffered a cerebral contusion and facial fractures. Photo of his battered face showed him hooked up to medical gear in the hospital.
Ruth Howell, 64, Ma's neighbor, described the couple as 'two peas in a pod.'

How Did Democrats Get This Superhero Power?
Democrats Can Literally Blow Up Anything They Want To Into The Worst Thing That Ever Happened. They Made A Fake Russian Hoax Into The Worst Thing A President Ever Did And Ran Multiple Impeachment Proceedings With Literally ZERO Evidence, The Media Ran Four Solid Years Non-stop Breathless Coverage Of The Entire Event. We Have Had To Endure This Never-ending Mental Breakdown Psychosis Of The Democrats Ceaselessly For, (Well Frankly Our Entire Lives), But They Have Ramped It Up Dramatically Since They Were Threatened By Donald Trump's Firm Grip On Reality.Their Power To Control Does Seem To Be Waning Despite Their Censorious Allies From Big Tech.

Liberal Supreme Court Justices Show Weak Grasp of Basic COVID-19 Facts
The liberal justices on the Supreme Court demonstrated a stunningly weak grasp of basic facts concerning the COVID-19 pandemic Friday, as they defended the Biden regime’s policies during oral arguments over vaccine mandates in the workplace.
The court heard separate oral arguments over federal vaccine mandates for employers with more than 100 employees, and for health care workers at facilities receiving Medicaid and Medicare funding.
Justice Stephen Breyer at one point seemed to suggest outrageously that the OSHA mandate would prevent 100 percent of daily US COVID cases. It is common knowledge now that the vaccinated people can still spread the disease.
Breyer falsely claimed that 750 million people—the population of the United States is 332 million—tested positive for COVID-19 on Thursday.
Justice Elena Kagan repeatedly posed questions on the false premise that vaccinated people don’t spread Covid.
“We know the best way to prevent spread is for people to get vaccinated,” said Kagan. “This is the policy that is most geared to stopping all this.”
The data suggests the opposite is true. Cities with the strictest vaccine mandates are seeing the hugest spikes in disease.
Arguing on behalf of GOP-led states opposing mandate, Ohio Solicitor General Benjamin Flowers pointed out that Omicron is different than Delta in that it is less severe, and more likely to infect vaccinated individuals.
Justice Sonia Sotomayor rebutted this characterization of the facts by overexaggerating the risk of the Omicron to children, and the unvaccinated.
Sotomayor argued that increased hospitalizations “show that Omicron is just as deadly [as Delta] for the unvaccinated.”
However, the data overwhelmingly shows that Omicron, while more transmissible, is less deadly for everyone. Even the usually pessimistic NIAID Director Dr. Anthony Fauci conceded Wednesday that “multiple sources of now-preliminary data indicate a decrease severity with Omicron.”
The Obama-appointed justice then told this whopper: “We have over 100,000 children, which we’ve never had before, in serious condition and many on ventilators,” she falsely claimed.
In reality, young people are still at a low risk of having a severe outcome from the coronavirus.
While the virus has surged nationwide, the seven-day average of pediatric hospitalizations was only around 3,700 this week, according to the Washington Post.
“As of Tuesday, the average number of children and teens admitted to the hospital per day with COVID-19 was 766,” The Associated Press reported on Friday. In the AP article, Fauci noted “many children hospitalized with COVID-19 have other health conditions that make them more susceptible to complications from the virus. That includes obesity, diabetes and lung disease.”
Sotomayor’s comments were widely ridiculed on Twitter.
“This is just absolutely astonishing,” wrote Unleash Prosperity president Phil Kerpen. “‘100,000 children in serious condition,’ per Sotomayor. Where do these people obtain their...
Indiana: Life insurance CEO sees 40 percent rise in deaths in ages 18-64
The head of an Indianapolis-based insurance company in the US said the death rate has risen by 40 percent among working-age people, skyrocketing from pre-pandemic levels. The company has also seen an “uptick” in disability claims. Initially short-term disability claims rose, but long-term disability claims have also been increasing.
OneAmerica CEO Scott Davison said during an online news conference last week: “We are seeing, right now, the highest death rates we have seen in the history of this business – not just at OneAmerica. The data is consistent across every player in that business.”
Davison was one of several business leaders who spoke out during a virtual news conference organized by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and held on December 30, reported The Center Square in Indiana.
The CEO noted the increased number of deaths in “huge, huge numbers,” not of elderly people dying, but “primarily working-age people 18 to 64”. These are employees of companies that have bought group life insurance policies at OneAmerica.
“And what we saw just in third quarter, we’re seeing it continue into fourth quarter, is that death rates are up 40 percent over what they were pre-pandemic,” he added.
“Just to give you an idea of how bad that is, a three-sigma or a one-in-200-year catastrophe would be 10 percent increase over pre-pandemic,” he said. “So 40 percent is just unheard of.”
OneAmerica is a well-established $100 billion insurance company dating from 1877 with its headquarters in Indianapolis. The company, which offers life insurance policies including to employers in the state, has around 2 400 employees.
Most of the death claims being filed are not classified as Covid-19 deaths, Davison said.
“What the data is showing to us is that the deaths that are being reported as Covid deaths greatly understate the actual death losses among working-age people from the pandemic. It may not all be Covid on their death certificate, but deaths are up just huge, huge numbers.”
Brian Tabor, the president of the Indiana Hospital Association, said that hospitals across the state are being flooded with patients “with many different conditions”. He confirmed that the distressingly high death rate cited by Davison matched what hospitals in the state were seeing.
“For OneAmerica, we expect the costs of this are going to be well over $100 million, and this is our smallest business. So it’s having a huge impact on that,” Davidson said. He said employers purchasing group life insurance policies would have to pay higher premiums as a result.
The comments by Davidson have alarmed many informed critics of the global mass vaccination campaign. Dr Robert Malone commented on his Substack page: “This article reads like a dry description of an avoidable mass casualty event caused by a mandated experimental medical procedure. One for which all opportunities for the victims to have become self-informed about the potential risks have been methodically erased from both the internet and public awareness by an international corrupt cabal operating under the flag of the ‘Trusted News Initiative’. George Orwell must be spinning in his grave.
“I hope I am wrong. I fear I am right.”
Another vocal critic, Steve Kirsch, also expressed his shock at the explosive increase: “This is huge. Something is killing healthy people at an unprecedented rate. It isn’t Covid. Could it be the ‘safe and effective’ Covid vaccine? I think so.”
There has been a massive effort by the Indiana governor to get everyone jabbed. Governor Eric Holcomb “doubled down on...
