Not that I care much for either, but Bon Jovi is a very popular rock star in and from NJ.
Not to mention Frank Sinatra, Frankie Valli, Connie Francis, Rickey Nelson, Dionne Warwick, Leslie Gore. The Four Seasons, the Shirelles, the Rascals... There's no end to it. Don't short change us by only pointing out Bruce Springsteen.

I'm from Florida and have never heard of rick Ross
I haven't heard of half of these so called artists
Also Floridian, also never heard of Ross.
