This Is The Reason Hollywood Lefties Stayed In The USA...
Well... truth be told, a major investment (say opening a business) in Canada, greases the wheels. A $10k makes it smoother, $100k makes it a lot smoother, and $1m or more and it's cakewalked. Still, most H-woods really don't have that kind of grease, no matter how it seems. And certainly wouldn't risk the major loss they would surely take. Or... that is how I understood it last I checked (not for myself, mind you, I wouldn't move to that socialist shithole to save my life).
