I have read the entire document and I recommend that all American citizens read this and prepare to counter their actions. It is apparent that their chain of command and information flow can be most easily disrupted with a stealth attack on just a few individuals, i.e. the bicycle messengers, while limiting the exposure to a possible counter assault from antifa.
