Hey, it's North Korea, so
a) they only have 2 beautiful women in the whole place, and both are underfed.
b) they both work different shifts at the same gas station; it's the only one in NK.
c) Kim Jun Wo Fat rikes it this way, so he gets driven to the station twice a day to watch girl-sans put the nozzle in.
d) There are only 5 other running cars in the whole country anyway.
