Ninety miles from the South Eastern tip of the United States, Liberty has no stead. In order for Liberty to exist and thrive, Tyranny must be identified, recognized, confronted and extinguished.
NM Gov did act unlawful and she knew it. By her own words, she said what she was about to do was unconstitutional. Yet she did it anyway. The judiciary is not holding her accountable. She is being allowed to 'retire'; that is, she is termed out. But she is not being prosecuted. She violated the rights of the people and she violated her oath.
BTW: In the Liberty safe issue, have any of the FBI or others been prosecuted, or even called out, for knowingly violating the man's rights (4th A, for starters) and acting outside the bounds of the warrant? I've only read that Liberty has been called out.
NM governor: Needs to be recalled and hung for treason. Her admission of guilt prior to acting will make her an example for future tyrants that We the People have had enough.
The two Texas Senators need to be primaried. They do not represent their state or their area's constituents.
The NM governor pushed for and signed a law that removed Qualified Immunity to Government Officials. She can be sued for any harm done due to her actions. Just saying. SUE HER.

I've only read that Liberty has been called out.
Our rights are subject to "interpretation" at this point in time.
