My advice to a child that is attacked like that is pull out your cell phone call 911 and ask for an ambulance and tell them you were assaulted and can't get up or move and you cant feel you legs and please send the police too. Stay right there on the floor until they come and make sure the ambulance takes you out on a board to stabilize your back. Insist to the police that you want to file assault charges.
If some kid attacked mine like that and the police didn't have the POS in jail in five minutes, they wouldn't have a family or home to go to at the end of the day.
If there is zero fear of severe repurcussions, then they always act with impunity.
Brings home the wisdom of "an eye for an eye". I say put the bitch in a box and have three or four other psychopaths randomly attack her at all odd hours day and night, day in, day out, week after week, month after month, until there is nobody home but a quivering gelatinous babbling pile of shit stain on the floor..jus saying.
