As far as illegals having a citizen baby, the 14th Amendment says no.
"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and SUBJECT TO THE JURISDICTION thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."
If they break laws with no consequence, they obviously are not subject to our jurisdiction, no? If they, as infants, are hidden away, they cannot be subject to our laws.
