Just as John McCain brought Lindsey Graham in the RINO fold nearly 20 years ago, Graham who now enjoys the monicker "Lindsey Graham 2.Zero" (for a few outbursts at a SCOTUS confirmation hearing) takes on the role as trainer to the next generation of RINOs in congress.
