Be very careful with washing hands. If you are in near isolation, don't change habits. Gloves are your friend if you must help (handle) people. Washing too often will leave open sores on your hands. And alcohol sanitizers are absolutely brutal, though non-alcohol ones aren't great either if overused. Hand sores are hard to heal, an open invitation for infection, cuts down on your ability to wash when you really need it... just... don't. I learned a hard earned lesson from experience.
