We will be providing timely updates to potentially affected personnel, their families and communities as planning progresses.”

It’s about time. We turned one American installation in Italy over to the Italians last year; Germany is bloated and needs to slim down and Angela Merkel needs to defend her own country.
Right on!!
Very good. Start. Merkel needs to slim down too. I suppose cows just can't. Bring them all home. If Germany and the rest of Europe can't or won't resist a relatively small country like Russia? Not our problem. And, stay out of the next war. Hell, Russia is now becoming a better friend than our NATO allies. Let them choke on each other.
