I suspect that is correct. I am simply not convinced that all votes will be counted, correctly. There are some cities which have more voters than possible for their population, even with illegals thrown in. NYC, and some others, run their state through fraud, and no one bothers to fight it. Or, no one has survived the fight? I'm not sure it comes down to who votes for whom, but who counts the votes.
