Ninety miles from the South Eastern tip of the United States, Liberty has no stead. In order for Liberty to exist and thrive, Tyranny must be identified, recognized, confronted and extinguished.
I don't know, as families and America goes these days, they may well be excluded from many of their families. Even when I was in, sometimes it was better to be with brothers than other family. I didn't have to worry about a knife in the back, of any sort, with my kind.
Still, I hope they have a good Thanksgiving, find reasons to be thankful. And, if they can't belly up today for where they are, that they can give thanks, and get a good meal soon. Amen.

My son was in Afghanistan one year for Thanksgiving. I think it was harder on his mom and me
