This dude is obviously psychotic, we don't want him working for .gov at all, let alone in a leadership role making decisions regarding the disposal of nuclear waste.
Obviously he has more than one mental problem....
He is a Dem, so that is a mental problem, but I doubt it will cause him to be locked up.
