The Mankato School Board in Minnesota voted unanimously to pay non-white teachers “additional stipends” based only on the color of their skin, according to BizPac Review. If you happen to be born black or Native American and teach for the school district, you ostensibly deserve to be paid more than your peers.
You don’t have to earn the raise for going the extra mile to help students or for actually doing anything at all. The pay raise is based upon the accident of skin color and nothing else. Forget the fact that nobody gets to determine the color of skin they’re born with.

This kind of BS will only stop when the legal repercussions are personally directed against these administrators' jobs and personal livelihoods. Otherwise the only people paying for these crimes are the Taxpayers.

The Salvation Army will have to close next year due to lack of funds, because of a handful of snot-nosed college kids who don't know how to spell 'hard work's.... Who will also still have jobs, make THEM pay for their stupidity personally, and things will change.
Just like growing up, these kids all got trophies regardless of winning or losing. They have never felt consequence for being a dipshit.

I am confused as to why "Wokeism" is so attractive to some groups, I've always been too busy doing me to worry about what you have. Jealousy is a very corrosive emotional state, and doesn't help anyone get better.
Giving skin bonuses to indoctrination center guards does not make any sense, and when the Obama stated people needed to get some skin in the game I'm not sure this isn't what he meant.
And some will keep their kids in that school. Mass exodus to another town would kill the tax base and the school.
