Remember: Memorial Day is the day to remember those men and women who died while serving in our nation’s armed forces, whereas Veterans Day is a day to celebrate the service of all U.S. military veterans.

Memorial Day is for the dead on the field but also for the ones that served as they have brought home scars shown and scars not shown.
Memorial Day is for the fallen, before 1945, when the last legal, constitutional war was declared. After Dec 7, 1941 the conflicts have been for the warped foreign policies, the Military Industrial Complex or corporations. The continental US was not threatened so the 'wars' were fought in vain. Presidents, Joint Chiefs of Staff and Defense Secretaries are war criminals.
