Seizing firearms first and “getting the Due Process later” will never constitute sufficient Due Process, no matter how much anti-gunners may pretend it does.

They can outlaw guns all they want. Getting them out of the hands of the "outlaws" will be the tricky part...
...Seems like lawbreakers are treated better than the law-abiders anyway, so...
"First Step" towards the Second American Revolution, eh King Joe?
All, the shit show has already started... china pulling more strings. None of these assholes have any idea exactly who they are fucking with. They will.... Gonna get silly real soon.
Take note again Crenshaw of Texas shows his true colors.
Un fucking believable. Voting for the democrap in 2022
Was that the vote for H.R. 4350? That’s the “National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022,” a hard bill to vote against; votes against it will be called un-patriotic. What are the red-flag provisions?
I think this may be a good summary: https://newsbinding.com/news/defense-bill-with-red-flag-provision-passes-in-house-with-gop-support/
No surprise on either Mann or LaTurner of Kansas Both represent liberal areas of the state.
When democracy becomes tyranny we still get to vote... Pew Pew.
I talked to my congress person. The Red Flag will not be in the final version. It was a provision snuck in by a staffer and not even the congress person for the staffer was aware of it. The version going to the senate does not have the Red Flag provision and it will be cleaned up when the two versions of the bill don't match. But this is the danger we always face, something being snuck in and no one catching it.
Yes, same basic premise from my representative when I contacted her local office today, after seeing this topic posted. Staff member I spoke with claimed the house representatives on ‘ republican side ‘ are playing the long game with their ‘Yea’ vote on this bill. Claim the strategy is to reintroduce funding to military and opposeBiden administration efforts to de fund military, remove or delete the Red Flag provisions before final passage. I lodged my disapproval of my congresswoman’s vote, while understanding her stated strategy regarding military funding. Advised staffer the despite good intentions, actions always speak more loudly than mere words.I will be watching this issue closely and encouraging others to do so as well. God Bless…
